Looks like a mirror showing the back of the white-haired girl's head. Though I'm not sure why the hair is brown in the mirror. Possibly an instagram filter.

That's not a mirror, they both have long hair and the thing behind them has hair that stops at the Eyes.

At first I wondered why she was overreacting to getting her shoulder kissed a bit. Then I noticed those fingers being 2 miles in there and everything made sense.
Unrelated note: I don't really like when cat ears and tails are the wrong hair color. Probably fake.

its not a mirror bc you can see the front of the face with bangs and her eyes (if it was, we would be seeing the back of her head). it looks like a girl is watching them from the closet to me. they could be half-sisters or sisters. the girl at the door has blonde hair
