This series is excellent, but it's a bit frustrating how little the plot advances in each chapter.

So, they both fell in love with each other, and confessed, but didn't, sorta, what is happening here.

So, all these "I don't like cheating" posts--is that saying, "I don't wish to read stories that contain cheating by fictional characters," or "I find cheating morally objectionable"?

Because although I've read plenty of mysteries, I'd never say, "I like murder."

On a personal level second part definitely yes, cheating imo is one of the most disgusting acts one can do to another person, within the law.

First one though, depends on context. For example this story hardly swayed me yet since we don't have enough emotional context on the marriage, so it's hard to make a judgement.

On the other hand at the opposite end of the spectrum is The Feelings We Must All Endure, which still comes back to me regularly to punch me in the gut.

Oh man, I thought this series was going to be all lighthearted and cute, then chapter 40 tore my heart out, and based on this thread it doesn't stop.

I just hope this somehow has a happy ending involving some sort of ancient nuko magic that can revive the dead.

Finally, an update, but still no yuri development, need moar.

Well, plenty of time for that since this whole thing is 8 volumes in length.

Damn that's awesome, love some long series, just hope that chapters get released regularly now.

I have a theory that at around chapter 4 Kurogane sensei realized he was accidentally writing a normal, fluffy yuri story, which obviously would not do, and decided to course correct to the extreme.

First 1-3 were among some of the best chapters I've read, but the 4-5 insanity just ruined this for me. So much so that now even a new chapter appearing makes me uncomfortable.

Kind of feels like it's missing first half of the story.

... For once... I think the yuri ending wasn't a well-deserved one... Sue me, but, in this case, I would've preferred either IchikaxShun or (ironically, even more so) every one of the 3 MCs getting to be sad and alone at the end.

A well deserved one, perhaps not, but I feel like the story did justice to the personalities of the three people involved and resolved in a quite logical manner. I would have loved a bit more fleshing out on the story, like how Ichika came to terms with her feelings and how she broke up with Shun. Also how Shun dealt with it all and managed to remain friends with the girls.

Overall though I felt it was probably the best take on this type of a love triangle I've read.

People here are so desperate for some Yuri action that they delude themselves into thinking everything is a happy ending.

How I see, it's your typical "lesbian and straight girl bff" story. Blonde is straight. She was thirsting over whats-his-face, the protagonist herself admits it. There was no implication that she might have feelings for the brunette. She forgave her because for her their friendship is too precious to her to lose. I will give credit to the author for making this story realistic, for taking inspiration from something actually happens with queer women irl (happened to me too).

And I completely disagree with the person who said that the "Yuri Ending" was forced. Sis, there was NO "Yuri ending" at all.

To be fair the ending is left very open to interpretation. It's clear that this isn't "got together and lived happily ever after" ending, but it doesn't completely exclude a yuri ending either. Reader can decide where these two go from here, friends or lovers.

I don't get why people call this work "shit" or similar.
Story is fucking realistic. It's about insecurities and trust issues; unless you're a virgin, no offense. Tbh I prefer this kind of work rather than binge reading on loveydovey manga you're looking for. I know this is personal reference, but fuck you people who can't appreciate the artist AND the scanlator team.

I dunno, personally for me I think it's the ending, not because "het ending, must be shit", but rather because of how sudden it is. Story up until last two pages is pretty good, and setting up for some really good soul searching in regards to the MC on what she wants, and then BOOM, got pregnant so gotta marry the dude THE END.

It feels like it negates most of the character build up that happened up to that point. Almost makes me feel like this was meant to be a two parter, but due to backlash against first part the sequel was never made.

Once I read the tags I prepared some popcorn to read the comments but theyre surprisingly not as horrible as i thought. I'm guessing it's because it's the MC who ended being a douchebag so the reader can't sympathize with them and there isnt that feeling of betrayal. Pretty interesting to see the difference.

Like there is a lot of information we're not given, especially on whether Kyouko actually cheated or not. It's hard to know what to feel towards this. Anyways, mostly just feels like everyone in the story is at least bit of a scumbag.
