What I’m expecting next chapter: Asumi lies to Nanao about having work that night so she can go to her reservation, Nanao gets suspicious and follows her, sees her heading into a hotel with another girl (if the girl’s butch enough she might assume it’s a man), but because Asumi said she had work Nao will assume that she’s the prostitute.

If she’s feeling really protective, she might even try to intervene then and there, though that would resolve the misunderstanding immediately so i doubt it.

If this isn't exactly what happens I'll be shocked. It just seems like the only possibility.

She's probably going to assume "that horrible boyfriend of hers is forcing her to do sex work", run home, then spend a handful of chapters agonizing over how to ask Asumi about it and/or feel jealous and oops, gay panic!

Oh my god, I just thought of something even better!

Nao will be torn between her desire to “save” Asumi from sexwork and her desire to have sex with her herself (I just know she’s going to fantasize a lot about Asumi “working”). She won’t have the courage to confront her about face to face, and she’ll think that Asumi will probably just deny it if she did, so (maybe with the assistance of Senpai), she’ll try going to the brothel to catch her in the act and “rescue” her (definitely not to have sex with her, honest). But she can obviously never find her, no matter how reservations she makes, Asumi doesn’t actually work there after all, so she ends up in the same situation as her, calling a new escort every weekend while trying to find the girl she loves. She’s in too deep to quit now.

No??? It’s much more likely a boyfriend broke up with her and is now with a different girl. The same guy showed up in an earlier flashback panel scoffing at the idea of marrying her.

I’m assuming the third ghost is Otsuyu, but she doesn’t really look like most depictions of her. Otsuyu is less bloody swollen face and more Spooky skele-bones.

The only thing I find unusual is using Asa's brother sperm in yuki so she can have a kid. You know raising a kid with another girl knowing that your bro is the father but anyway. Never heard of that, most of the time are from anonymous donors

Regardless of Komachi's true intentions, one thing is clear: this chapter solidified Akira as the one for Satsuki.

I really really want that. Akira is exactly the person Satsuki needs. Really hoping the confrontation with her dad that was teased a while ago will result in her and Satsuki getting even closer.
