I didn't expect Ch'en to act like that in the anime short they did. If anything, I felt like Ch'en and Hoshiguma's personalities felt like they were swapped, but I'd rather believe it's just another aspect we don't see represented in their character files.

With that in mind, it really makes me hope we get more of these specials that showcase more of the characters' personalities.

You know what Genshin needs? a dummy for training, I was trying to test damage between 2 bows but it's harder when they move around, die or attack if I have to focus on numbers. Cabal online and Blade and Soul had them, inmortal dummies to test your strenght and DPS

If you want to damage test, just use Dvalin LOL. Or one of the flower bosses.

Wait, when you say "almost done with the region", do you mean you've already gotten the tree all the way to level 11/12? Wow. Right now mine's only at level 7, and I just can't find the last several agates I need to get it to level 8. From what I understand the "Crimson Wish" that unlocks then gives you more agates as a reward for doing stuff, so it should be relatively easy to level it up from there.

Oh no, I meant the agates that are currently available. They only give you 79 agate in total, enough for you to get to level 8 and unlock the Crimson Wish. The Crimson Wish missions are like the daily commissions except they give you 5 agate that resets every Monday and Friday. You'd have to play a few weeks before you can get all the way to level 12.

Maybe. It doesn't actually bother me that much, and since she's almost certainly going to be a playable character at some point we'll find out eventually.

I've almost finished all of the new Dragonspine quests, I just need to find some more Crimson Agates to get the Polearm prototype. RIP Joel's dad. Also, if you go to Liyue reputation board and look at the quests listed, you'll see there's a few new ones - including one titled "Return of the Jade Chamber?" I've only found one of them; unless I missed the others they might become available later when Ganyu's banner comes.

That was soooo cute! Also I had a feeling it was a manhua from the art style and then the Chinese names confirmed it. It's nice seeing more manhua on here.

With the new update, there's gonna be a bunch of mats from the event so I'm revamping my whole team. I realllly thought about it and decided that Barbara fucking sucks. The wet status effect is just way too much of a pain and the only thing she's good for is healing. I also kinda regret leveling Mona now because after playing with her for a while, I realized that with the way I play my Geo team, I barely ever use her. I pretty much only use Ningguang, Zhongli, and Bennett and sometimes I remember that oh shit I should probably use Mona.

So with my anemo team in mind, I decided that since I just got Xingqiu, I can redo all of it. For my Geo team, I'll be replacing Mona and Bennett and using Beidou and Diona instead. Basically cause I didn't want to do doubles with the Anemo team so no Bennett. Beidou will be the sub-dps and Diona will be the new healer/support. I decided on Diona cause she gives more shield uptime, which will be amazing for the geo resonance. The whole team is just "would you like more shield with your shield?"

The Anemo team will then be Xiao as main dps (once he gets here), Venti as sub-dps, Xingqiu as support, and Bennett as healer/support. It's literally a team of teenage boys. I genuinely don't know how to feel about that. Honestly I'm gonna just blame Genshin for making all their god-tier supports boys cause this is gonna be my "super meta" team.

Also, I've been enjoying the new region a lot. I don't mind the sheer cold mechanic at all since it's pretty easy finding a fire source. The new enemies aren't that hard either, though it's probably cause my Ningguang is genuinely a beast. If you're underleveled aka don't have good artifacts at high stats, you're probably gonna have a hard time. One thing you should remember so that you don't screw yourself over is to make sure there's a heat source nearby before starting any fights, especially against the frost lavachurls and the new ruin guards. You'll be feeling a lot of pain otherwise, and you might end up dying of sheer cold in the middle of the fight.

^ ...okay? I was just letting you know, I dunno what's with the hostile tone. My life doesn't revolve around this game either so I dunno why you're implying something there.

^ If you haven't been farming the Darknights stages then you won't have enough to buy out the shop. Even monthly pass players have to farm everyday with the extra 60 sanity they get or they won't be able to buy out everything.

^ Maybe it's better to wait for Ayaka...

Also the buffs are great cause now I can have an even stronger Ningguang.

^ Well are you asking about for support or dps? Cause if it's dps, then Childe 100% but if it's as Ningguang's support, then Zhongli lol

^ LOL can your Amber beat lv90 Dvalin in one rotation though? Or solo lv90 Childe in under 2 minutes? My Ningguang is only C1 BTW, so she's nowhere near her full power.

I never tried using Geo traveler or Noel against Oceanid btw, maybe I could bypass some of the most annoying summons like the ducks by staying out of reach ... And maybe for once I could finish the battle without half hp and one character dead.

Because I just don't feel like lvl up Chongyu ...

Not sure if those two will help that much tbh. The birds are still a big problem and shields are broken at really fast rates. I use Ningguang and she still gets wrecked sometimes if I don't constantly refresh my shields. Geo Traveler and Noelle don't have steady amounts of geo damage to deal to do that unless Noelle is using her burst, but she might work if you can spam it.

My level 80 Noelle is C0 and she works perfectly fine for the role I use her for which is a tank/secondary DPS. My main DPS is the Geo Traveler with the black sword.

If you're using Geo Traveler than yeah she's a good support, but I'm talking about if you're using a non-geo carry.

^ Nice. Btw you should try and rush through normal story until the last region. It's actually not too hard to do, the only REALLY hard content is the final boss so up until then, you can manage with the people you get at the beginning. My advice would be to have a team of lv40 with Earth Charlotte, Water Fram, Water Helga, Dark Mikhail, and Fire Zaira. You should do alliance raids as soon as you can since you can bring 3 supports per team, and they can carry you until you get well geared heroes.

^ Honestly was thinking about giving it to Beidou and waiting for the new craftable claymore in Dragonspine for Razor. The reason why I'd rather the new claymore for him is cause the substat is physical damage bonus, which works amazing with him since he's great for physical builds.

The only problem is, Beidou will only be a sub-dps since I'm putting her on the same team as Xiao when I get him and he'll be my main dps.

Might as well start a discussion for this. For anyone who just started playing since seeing these fanarts, lemme break down what this game is.

Lord of Heroes is a mobile turn-based RPG where you play as the monarch of a country called Avillon. The game starts with you being betrayed by one of Avillon's nobles and continues with you finding out it's a conspiracy done by a neighboring country. There's a bunch of regions that you fight your way through as you find out more about what's going on.

You discover that a lot of chaos is happening in the west and central continents, all done by a country in the east known as Gallus. The story is you helping the nations across the continents and making an alliance to deal with Gallus who are trying to subjugate all other countries and rebuild their empire. There's more to it than just that though, and the story continues in the hard and extreme modes (extreme mode story is going to be released early 2021 for global).

The gameplay is turn-based and each hero has a basic attack, a skill that goes on cooldown, and a burst skill that requires burst points to use.

Heroes are unlocked through various ways. You get some automatically by playing through the story while others you need renown or crystals to unlock in the Chronicles area. There are contract heroes that you can get by just logging in everyday, which you can pick 2 out of 3 from each rotation. It takes 15 days for your first hero, and then 30 days for each subsequent one. There are also paid heroes you can buy from the store, but you don't need them to beat the game.

There's 5 classes: warriors, guardians, strikers, snipers, and clerics. Warriors have high attack and high hp, strikers are main dps types, guardians are tanks, snipers are burst gauge fillers, and clerics are healers. Each class has its own special set of gear with set bonuses that you should aim for. For new players, you should get striker gear first, then sniper gear, and then cleric gear after. With the recent update, the next one you should look for is the bulwark set for guardians and then warrior gear can be last.

The gacha in this game is all gear gacha. You basically want to aim for artifacts, both purple and gold ones. You want them specifically for the set bonus and then you can look at what stats they have. You only need to build your dps units for atk and crit, and every other unit will be built tanky.

An example is my Lucilicca who's fully geared with all +15 gear. She has the striker set and the precision set. Strikers are main dps because their artifact set bonus ignores defense while increasing their damage.

Anyways, the game itself is really fun as a casual game and there's features like a PvP coliseum, guild raids, and dungeons. The story is also honestly really charming. I just finished hard mode like yesterday, and the story there made me feel emotional at some parts. I think it's a really solid mobile game you can play that doesn't take too much investment. There's also a good amount of yuri fanart on Twitter from Korean artists if you can find them. Lucilicca and Fram are the two most popular ships with Fem!Lord.

Here's the section where I give advice as someone who's pretty familiar with the game.

1. Earth Charlotte is a very good F2P cleric.
2. Fire and Water Vanessa are both really good clerics. Fire Vanessa gives a party invincibility buff with her burst while Water Vanessa revives the whole party with hers. You can unlock them in the Chronicles,
3. Water Helga is a good dps to invest in for F2P.
4. Water and Fire Schneider are both good strikers that are cheap to get. Water Schneider is better, but Fire Schneider is still good for raid.
5. Pick Water Krom for your first contract, his skill to fill action gauge basically gives your party the initiative in battle. Build him for speed and tankiness.
6. Your second contract can be either Fire Lairei or Earth Lucilicca, it doesn't really matter. Fire Lairei is an AoE warrior, while Earth Lucilicca is an ST striker. Lucilicca is better for raid while Lairei is better for story. You can pick which you prefer.
7. Promoting heroes to 6 stars is way better than ascending, and it's not necessary to ascend them either. You can do it if you want to give them a boost in stats, but it's more worth it to save your renown for new heroes.
8. A good target to recruit is Earth Laphlaes who costs 3 million renown. Everyone will tell you that he's meta as fuck, so yeah, get him if you want a top tier hero. He's especially good for raid.
9. For PvP, you want speed + high atk. Dark Mikhail is very good for PvP.
10. The story quests you have at the bottom left of your screen in the main menu should be done in order. Don't rush to do all of the story stages because you need to follow the story quests in the correct order or you'll need to redo stages.
11. Don't spread out your resources too thin and focus on only the units you know for sure you're going to use for a long time. The most important unit to focus on is your main dps, which will always be a striker so pick one and stick with them.
12. For alliance raids, you'll get alliance tokens and you should use them on the weekly reset items of the replica artifact, exp potions, and elemental stone. The rest you should spend on the monthly renown and save the remainder for Water Nine.

This last part will be my unsolicited advice on which contract heroes to pick.

1. Water Krom and your pick between Earth Lucilicca and Fire Lairei
2. Water Lumie and Fire Alev
3. Earth Lairei and Fire Krom
4. Fire Lumie and Earth Alev

If you want a Lucilicca, then it's best to just get Earth Lucilicca cause Water Lucilicca sucks ass.

EDIT: I forgot to mention you can choose the gender AND appearance of your character. I personally really like the aesthetics of the main character and that's pretty much the reason why I even started playing this game.

P.S. You can join the Eire alliance if you need a guild to join. It's the one I'm in, though no one talks and it's pretty much just a casual alliance to do raids.

Ah so she didn't care before because she wasn't in love. Now that she's in love with her, she can't help but imagine how painful it would be if her girlfriend was in the position of the heroine of the movie. I agree though, love does make you worry more and can't help but be concerned about things that might or might not happen.
