Finally managed to start with Highway Blossoms, Yuri VN on Steam from a while ago... a few hours into it already.

For quite a while I've been looking for a plot-driven yuri that just isn't the shit soap opera drama that almost every plot-driven yuri is.

Girls meet, go adventuring. Characters having their own issues to deal with not pertaining to the romance, but to itself, not treated as a big melodramatic show. Feelings develop as they grow closer being a byproduct almost like a real romance begins, unlike in so many mangas... Rarely see all this together in yuri handled decently.

Not made by eastern people too, feels quite refreshing. Shows in the writing quality too.
Art is pleasant to look at, nice color palette.

Really enjoying it so far

I found it weird that whenever there is some yuri manga/anime that people don't like, there is always someone who will claim that "because it made for males" or "because it's from a male author".
