If you do those, New Years would make a lot of sense given how often it's a setting for stories.

Also, maybe Festival? Given this is Japan after all and it's a common special event setting.

I could see Festival being useful. I went ahead and tagged some things Valentine's, but with the tag in place people could also suggest it for things now.

It was suggested elsewhere by someone else, but seasonal tags? Christmas and Valentine's being the obvious ones, though maybe Halloween too?

(I'd meant to just make a Valentines tag to add to that Jin thing we did, but I heard that the tags were disappeared a while back and thought I'd see if there was a history there first.)

im learning japanese right now and im hoping that i'll eventually be good enough at it to help out with manga/visual novel translations (among other things). i figured it might be a useful skill to have given that, so im curious: how long/hard would it be to learn how to clean/edit/typeset with absolutely no experience in image editing?

If you're going to translate, then you're probably better off focussing on learning the language. There's at least one person in this thread who manages both, but if you're still in the learning process I might suggest spending your spare time on WaniKani instead of Photoshop.

I don't know where else to ask so sorry if that is out of place here, but... do editors and cleaners work with like, a mouse? Or a drawing tablet? Cause I imagine doing that with a mouse would be pretty annoying.

I'm in the no tablet club as well, but I imagine you can get similar or equal results with some sense of artistic skill. I don't have that either though.

People with special powers should get our Editor-san a special Divulge Scans title, too.

"Jambox" was in English in the original. But as far as I know, what's shown in this chapter are bluetooth speakers; the music itself is being played off her phone.

Yes, that would be good. Maybe I'll look to do more in the next week or so, and that will justify the tag a bit more.

Or just rename the tag Official, and then it would apply just as much to the canon Touhou stuff as to the official art.

Don't know. The author's blog only contains links to pixiv and twitter and I didn't really see anything about Collectors there. Amazon doesn't list them as authors in the latest issue of Le Paradis, but that isn't saying much as they aren't listed in the issues they definitely contributed to either. Only saw them mentioned in the comments of the first issue of Le Paradis. They seem to have another story published recently, tonari no robot. That's all I could find.

E: I only did a quick search and looked very cursorily.

Some people seem to be really upset by Love and Piece. Also, the Fragments ending. Also, Amano's Feelings. Which I get—they're all difficult stories—but it has been profoundly irritating that certain people seem to believe that if something makes them upset, that something must therefore be poorly written (or bad in some other way). Of course, asking people not to transform their feelings into qualitative judgments is probably a fool's errand (especially on the internet), but I do wish people could at least keep their rage to the relevant threads.

There's no reason for her remark to be so goddamn vague unless they were referring to a character we already knew about and AGAIN just because Mayu is the girl Takako refers to DOES NOT mean they're dating.

Please keep in mind that that chapter was included in the Vol. 1 tank. If she'd mentioned a specific name, regardless of the name, that would have spoiled the ending.

There's a cat in the zodiac backstory, so I guess it's sort of the 13th animal? Okay I heard about that from Fruits Basket, but it checks out on Wikipedia, which is good enough for me.
