Ikr....
sigh*
I'm guessing the next chapter will be more worst than this.. Q_Q
Thirty pages showing the sex and the girls slow conversion to het.
All have close up penis shots.
I spent my 13(ish)-15(ish) years creating an ethical system for myself to justify terrible stuff I might do. Ultimately, it depends on a distorted view of 'good' and rejection of the 'end's justify the means' mentality. If you're viewing ends as needing justifying, then you are limiting your capability to accept that an action does not make the morality of an end. This is why I hate that phrase as a description of Teleological ethics, because it's inherrent bias against it...
Summed, basically, 'good' is the financial security and relatively easy life I would lead by doing what seems an unethical action. This good as an end is acceptable to me because the good of the end is more important than the action. (Unlike most, the end for me determines the morality of the action, which is why I can see the immoral act as fine.)
When someone talks about ethic and morality, it always make me think of the excuse that justify ANY kind of action, "for the greater good".
For the greater good doesn't justify any action.
First must be determined what the good of the situation is.
Then it must be weighed against the bad of the situation.
The resulting difference in good vs bad, if in the favour of good is the greater good.
The greater good is, as far as anyone who believes in Teleological ethics, more important than the bad caused.
For example, Preference Utilitarianism defines good as the preference of those involved.
So if all preferences are considered equal, the preference of three outweighs the preference of two.
The preference of the three is then the greater good. This takes precedence over the wrong caused to the two.
Hugely simplified of course, but hopefully gets the point across.
Not to be that guy (totally just to be that guy) I don't mind Mangafox in the sense that if i had to do something amoral for money, I would do it. Well, not anything amoral, but I'd do what they did, so I don't blame them for doing it.
Yeah I know they're horrible to scanlators and generally disrespectful. Money makes morality mute.
I wasn't going to use mute, but I wanted to keep the M train going.
Well, I work in SEO so... you know. I get that to an extend.
I honestly don't know how I would react if I had the chance to become rich by doing it cause I'm not a good enough person to straight up say I won't, but I sure am not gonna support it.

To be fair, I don't think their relationship was all that clearly defined. At least not in the sense that a word like friends could define it. They seemed to occupy some middle ground.
I think.
Going off of memory here, mine ain't great.
Sadly, I'm a pretty fucking literal person so head canons are things that I'm literally incapable of believing in Q.Q...I can hope for it, but the moment they say "No, that's not gonna happen" I'm done for lol. My literal-ness (pretty sure that's not a word lol) is also why I fucking hate western comics and their 239859478543985734985 different universes and alternate timelines, because, to me, everything that happens in one timeline, may as well have happened in the main timeline...*sigh* I'm a very sad person.....lol
I also REALLY, REALLY hate implied endings. You know those times where something ends but blackouts before the conclusion for a "you decide what happened" kinda things. Because to me it may as well have just not ended. I'm well aware of how off-topic I went lol. Just venting my frustration at the universe right now.
Fair enough. I know what it's like being absolutely literal, I myself was like that, so I underwent training (dicking around on the internet being sad) to change. Now I still get sad, then I get angry, then I get my word processor open and fix it.
Kind of makes me a prick as far as respecting the author though, because I dismiss their work in favour of my own.
Take pride in being a sad person, I do! Actually, that doesn't sound helpful at all.
'You decide' endings are pretty terrible, usually. Can't recall a good one. Makes the author seem lazy, or uncertain about their work.
Be nice to the universe. It takes a lot of abuse.
And if you think about it, the concept of "pages" only makes sense when you consider that manga is originally printed, so of course they would be on pages. But for something that originates from the Web, such as webtoons, it does not make that much sense to have "pages", since webpages are supposed to make use of scrolling over paging.
Actually, the concept of pages is a big part of many comedy mangas since it prevents you from accidentally seeing the joke. I'm reading Cromartie right now and there's a ton of that. As an optional feature it would be nice, I guess.
But yeah pretty much every reader I can think of other than Dynasty is a total pain to use. Thank you, Dynasty IT guys!
Pages also works because often times they take forever for my laptop to load, the entire chapter would blow the poor thing up.

Honestly, it will feel so empty if at the end there is nothing more than them staying friends...
We've already been told that that's EXACTLY what's gonna happen.
Believe in the retcon.
I'm not one to give myself false hope without any sort of reason to believe otherwise lol.
Worst comes to worse, ignore what the author has written and believe in the head cannon.
Where ? In the adult side of the series ? There might be some more story about them adult... I will follow this one till the end, might as well be optimistic x)

Would you prefer extortion as a definition? Double checking google out of paranoia-
the practice of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats.
Something being sex and threat being that of inaction regarding the break up.
Again, it's not a threat of "not breaking up", but rather a "bargain" of "breaking up". Because, how is "not breaking up" a threat here?
Would you also call someone offering to, for example, pay $100k for sex as blackmail? (Assuming other person doesn't need that money to survive or something like that)
As a relativist, I don't see the situations as similar enough to merit a common perspective of it. I get what you're saying, but as far as I'm concerned, because sex is superfluous to the original request and obviously not desired by the girl, it comes off differently to me than it does you.
I have a feeling you won't agree though, we seem to have differing perspectives on the circumstance, so agree to disagree.
Hm, so if a person doesn't like their job, it's forced labor?
The difference, in my opinion, is whether the person "needs" or "wants" the choice they're offered. If it's a "need", then it's "forced", and can be called "rape". If it's a "want" - then not. And in this case it's a "want".
See the relativist bit, I don't believe that because one situation resembles another that it should be used to determine the morality in another. In the case you show, someone not liking there job is a necessary sacrifice for society at large, where as here, one person is using leverage he has over another for extra-ordinary gains, so I don't see the as compatible. I can see how you do, but we have differing views it seems, on the wider application of ethics.
I can see the case for rape, but the definition I posted for extortion is from the perspective of the person doing the extorting after the fact - meaning that it is entirely possible for someone faced with the possibility of being extorted not to be.
There is also the issue of manipulation of emotions regarding the issue of forced. Some people act irrationally when something precious is at stake, and I believe this should be considered when defining rape.
I don't think our outlook is all that compatible to come to an agreement though, I fully accept what you're saying as reasonable, but it doesn't change what I think.

But he didn't really used force or threats, she wanted him to break up with her friend, and he offered a deal, she had choice...
As far as I'm concerned, he's threatening her with not breaking up unless she fulfills his request.

Sorry, but in no way I can call this rape. At all. Cause - it's not blackmail either
I mean, the guy's scum, but he's not threatening her. Luring more like, but she's not forced into that choice.
Not breaking up isn't a threat. More like a cheat or unfair "trade" - but I can't call it rape. Doesn't mean it's a right thing to do though, of course. It's a liberal definition of blackmail... *sulks
Normally in blackmail the person don't really have a choice except do what they're told, she had choice, so it's not really blackmail, and when you make a "special" person have sex with, don't that count as rape? cause I'm starting to think she's not "normal" in a mentally challenged way...

My keyboard is as it is from the day I got it. I assumed all others worked the same, given that I am intrinsically the most important thing there is. It is only natural of me to assume other things wished to be as my things.
I'm having such a weird day. Usually it's either 'better than anything' or 'end it', but today I'm switching back and forth. Such a pain.
I'm backing a Crusade against Yaoi, they have taken too much! Open warfare! With dragons and stuff!
Seriously though, I remember someone hyping me about Creo, so I decided I'd read it when it finished. Remembered about it some time later and despaired.
Oxymoron's make me giddy.
Baka! Yaoi is our ally against Het! and don't make me remember Creo, if they're going to cancel it, at least give it a rushed ending dammit! Mangaupdates say it's on hiatus, yeah right, as if I'm going to believe that...
typically yes, it is our ally, but remember some ally's need to learn there place. Look at the Dutch. Needed to learn there place after the whole triple alliance thing. Won't make like Louis though and permanently alienate them. The ultimate objective always - Het delenda est. They are useful still.
Whoa ... wtf is this twisted logic : " imma gonna let u rape me for her '', WHAAAT!? I wouldn't come here if i wanted some hentai plot. What's gonna be next ch. let me guess NTR and some CP ?
Remember, it's not rape if you're being blackmailed. That's totally different.

Ooh, sudden urge to pry. *creepy laugh
I will tell you this: I lived through all of them. (Some of them were downright dangerous.)
Best I don't know the truth then, my imagination is glorious when life threatening is involved. Living in the centre of England, there isn't much opportunity for danger. We have a the confluence of the tame and Anker and a train station. That's about it as far as I've found. Most of the people are tame as far as I've experienced. Some exceptions.
Thanks, I thought about her mangas but wasn't remembering her name, a shame that Chi-Ran and some other mangakas like Natsuneko didn't make any new yuri in the past years.
Yes, I really like most of her yuri. But when I went to look for more, it seems that she's done mostly yaoi in recent years. I bet it's pretty good if you go for that sort of thing, but I'm a straight yuri girl (does that make sense?) and don't care for yaoi.

Yuri Girl 1001 where's your avatar from? I recognize the art but can't remember the mangaka.
It's from Love and Sex by Chi-Ran in Wildrose Vol 2. This page. I modified it a little bit.
DEAR GOD I'VE WANTED TO KNOW THAT FOR AGES.
Never would have thought asking would be the solution.
My above comment was riddled horribly with errors. Keys need to be bigger. They are too small for those who don't know it's layout in the dark.
Yes that wasn't smart. I found myself thinking she should look at things a lot closer before doing something so stupid.
But these are flashback chapters to when the boss was in high school. Remember in the first Love & Piece chapter those two are describing how Yui gave the boss that scar (the boss slept with Yui's guy), so we already knew something like this had to happen.
And it's not like I never did anything really stupid when I was a teenager. (I'm not telling you any of the many instances.)
Ooh, sudden urge to pry. *creepy laugh
Of course I remember it's all flashback. At first I was enthusiastic to hear the back story, but the execution finds me a little wanting. Though I suppose it is maybe believable the more dense teenagers could fall for it, I don't find it believable for one to whore themselves out for someone else's benefit.
Actually no.
It's entirely believable they'd whore themselves out for anything.
Most would consider themselves lucky to.
'But the one thing... I'll do anything for her!'
Yes that's the one thing you know. An important thing you don't is is WHETHER THE GUY WHO SAYS HE WILL BREAK UP WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND IF YOU SLEEP WITH HIM WILL DO AS HE PROMISES!
I'm not a fan of Kant, but his disdain for the hypothetical is really justified here. Why would you believe a guy who says that? I get doing something abhorrent for someone you love, but come on, I don't believe it possible for not a trace of reason to interfere here?
Also, 'Don't get the wrong idea.'
I don't mind characters who are a total git, but come on, be one who says things that aren't retarded.
Of course he will break up with her! don't you know that villains never lie?
Villains of course are the most noble and trustworthy of creatures.

Wait, does F3 Work different in England? It has only ever searched for me.
Probably just depends on how your laptop keys are mapped...if you even use one.
My keyboard is as it is from the day I got it. I assumed all others worked the same, given that I am intrinsically the most important thing there is. It is only natural of me to assume other things wished to be as my things.
Tried it now. my F3 is for searching.
SEE! Thiaguinho-sama knows I'm not crazy!
About this particular thing.
In general I am.

Ahmmm I .. I'm just gonna keep working! see ya! runs
Was this for uncle or for competition?
I feel for the former, but hope for the latter. I want to win something.
Even if by winning I'm kind of losing.

"Shabadaa Shaba-daba-daabaa"? Is brilliant though.
Well, if copying a quote from an anime counts as brilliant... then yes, it is.
Wait, does F3 Work different in England? It has only ever searched for me.
Sounds like he's using a notebook.
A reference is always brilliant, regardless of it's relevance, overuse, or anything else that might demean it.
Not that I thought you were stuck coming up with it and just put something.
I use mostly a Laptop, but every PC proper I've used works the same.

F3. I don't get why I always see people saying Ctrl + F, and never F3. Never.
F3 is mapped to brightness control. Searching with F3 would be fn + F3.
Also, you're forgiven.
Wait, does F3 Work different in England? It has only ever searched for me.
Thank you for the forgiveness. I am not worthy.
Though seeing it here rather in the thread I posted it makes me remember there are people who see what I say, and I don't know it.
They're everywhere.
Now I won't sleep.

I think that if you knew all of mine, you could tell I was the same person (especially if I've commented. The immense idiocy I spew is a tell.), but my Steam account has no relation to my Dynasty one unless you check the name history on it. Everything I go into I think 'right, keep it simple, use something you have elsewhere' but then I think 'I should put this for the banter, even if I won't find it funny later'.
I don't even use names on my Steam account. I'm named "I blame it on the skinny jeans" there right now. Past names include "Shabadaa Shaba-daba-daabaa", "Shoplifting is a crime" and "Nameless Clerk Guy".
Well, I guess Nameless Clerk Guy is kind of a name.
Is 'A Fuck Mothering vampire' REALLY a name then?
Looking at it reminds me how I don't like swearing unless amongst people I know well, but I've had the name too long to change it now. Tradition is important to me.
"Shabadaa Shaba-daba-daabaa"? Is brilliant though.
Wait.
I'm Noobalagon on Smite, even if I rarely play. And something else on SWTOR, but I don't think I'll count it. So Liar will settle for sixth.
Well if anything it was relatable.
My first thought was 'how?', then I realised why I thought that, and now I'm wondering if my life is sad. Screw contemplation, to the beer!
Fair enough. I use enough nicknames sometimes I forget them.
Actually I use four, and remember them all.
I am a liar.
Liar would suit me for a fifth.
Along with assorted other derogatory terms.
I use only two, pretty obvious that it's me in other places.

Nah I was just kidding! I am really BAD with people.
I want to have a competition with you to see who is worse.
I'm bad enough with people that without ever speaking to them they think I'm a rapist.
What you got?
Never used F3 before, and I forgot I have your Facebook....
Never used F3? Madness! It is the best key.
It's okay that you forgot. No one ever remembers poor, lonely ChocolateCakeLover... *gentle sobbing
I remember who you are on Facebook, many nicks and names to remember, sometimes I don't remember who use certain nicks in other places.
