After a little bit of research, it appears it's a mobile phone game recently released internationally.

It wasn't released internationally all the did was add english text the the current game.

Since no one knows the girl with the twin tails is named Orchis and the other is Apollonia aka "Black Knight" from the mobile game called granblue fantasy. There is nothing really between the both they are more or less friends but things that happen in the story put Orchis in a bad state which leads to Apollonia going out her way to help her.
