Miko stop tormenting your wife by playing dumb. I know you can hear her desires, it's like your whole thing.

this sure is developing fast now! nice! Also, it's nice to see the casual inclusion of the author's parents having a seemingly healthy polyamory situation

I like the way Rin is written here, it feels very real to me. Having a knee jerk negative reaction to something so outside of your cultural frame of refrence, but regretting it once you calm down is pretty realistic but in most media she wouldn't realize she was wrong until she saw further evidence that the witch means no harm. Here, though, it's clear she just changed her mind after thinking about it mote calmly

You know, I think it would actually be pretty easy to make a case that the witch is an ideal spouse for a crown princess. The ability to produce an heir is a primary concern for royal marriages, but surely a decent witch could enable same-sex reproduction, so that's no issue. Furthermore, if magical ability is at all heritable in this setting, adding a magic user to the bloodline could definitely be a big advantage. I'm aware that I'm overthinking a random fluffy story but it's a fun thought exercise.

Wow way to absolutely terrify Aki with that note. Did the queen mean to do that or dies she not realize how threatening that sounds? I'm 85% sure she's not going to try to separate them so maybe this was something of a test? If this scares her off, then she wasn't committed or brave enough for the queen to consider her worthy of Momo, but if she's able to face the queen under these circumstances the relationship is worth preserving.

uh oh. with the mysterious hooded figure (who is possibly a future elsa?) running out of power, the VS might be back soon. I doubt it will react well to recent developments. best case scenario this os so far outside the system's expected parameters that ot will just break or something, but i doubt they'll be that lucky

i like that, for once, overhearing a conversation actually helped build their relationship rather than having some out of context snippet drive a wedge between them

true story i once stopped going to a smoothie place because it weirded me out that the person at the counter started recognizing me.

i mean i know that's inevitable but, like, i have a pattern i use when i order please don't go off-script i can't handle that. just don't acknowledge the familiarity it's fine.

(apparently customer service people are encouraged to track repeat customers and call them out like that???? i guess it's meant to be welcoming or something but i find it seriously off-putting)

sasaki reads as autistic to me (the infodumping and her 'toggle' thing are big reasons)

I suspect the country girl is in the "doesn't everyone think girls are pretty?" phase, but Rurika definitely seems to be aware of her own sexuality already.

I would say she's being unrealistically obstinate, but let's be real, this is only marginally more irrational and petty than is typical for real teenagers

Always feel kinda conflicted with the prostitution tag, specially if treated in a more or less serious way like on this one. But it was ok, sweet and sexy too.
But ine thing, why are they elves? Does it add something to the plot? Why couldn't they be normal humans?

Cause the author wanted to write about elves

I think it's more that the author wanted to draw elves

This one is so... sincere. What a heartwarming ending. I thought that the way the panels were arranged when she put the flower crown on the skull was a super evocative way to show her coming to terms with reality.

friendly reminder that the diet industry is a scam, and if you're reasonably active and don't have an actual eating disorder your weight is probably fine.

Human bodies have a wide variety of weights that they default to and trying to force them away from that equilibrium isn't healthy. if you're hungry, you should probably eat.

People who are categorized as 'overweight' by the BMI scale, (BMI is also a BS metric and was never intended to be used for individuals but it's what we have) have a higher rate of heart disease but a lower rate of dying of heart disease.

The real science on this isn't being suppressed, technically, but the media that would convey it to the general public have a financial interest in keeping that public insecure about their weight, so they just don't amplify it. (it's capitalism's fault, as usual) The science is there, but it's buried in scientific journals and mostly in the form of study papers which aren't easily understood by laypeople.
