Really, that's too bad. Makes me wonder how big the 3DS scene will actually manage to become/how long it will survive considering it seems obvious that Wii U will be the superior option. (Although, 3DS does have the install base advantage, I guess.)

The 3DS version will be fine, unfortunately the Wii U is not exactly a very popular console and Smash sold about 500k copies Actually the record for most sold game in a week for the Wii U while the 3DS version sold over 1 million in less than 2 days

Speaking of which, just came back from spending 2 nights over a friend's playing the Wii U version, damn that thing looks gorgeous! Also playing for glory team smash co-op is one of the best things ever, you're always paired up against people who's also going co-op so the matches are really fun and lagless since there's only 2 consoles despise being 4 players, it's also great to see the opponents matching our team of Marth and Ike with Robin and Lucina

Yeah the entire last arc is quite different in the manga, and shorter, almost rushed i'd say
It still ends in that one beach but...

yu-yu hakusho did it right at least it was an awkward little scene but it didn't feel forced.

This is actually why i liked Mitsuki, the friends with benefits relationship of Yuu and Haruke surely provides enough yuri for the eyes but they still acted like close friends most of the time, Mitsuki actually brought more yuri elements with her conscious gayness
Although Yuu and Haruka did deliver some time or another, that 2 episode thing about the marriage and them being overly conscious later was great, damn i wanted more of that

Love triangles can be nice (though I'm not too fond of them myself) when there is an actual chance for the two "contenders" to "win", so to speak.

I actually prefer when the third wheel ain't got no chance, the whole concept of "who am i going to choose" irks me, and when Alice and Bob are almost guaranteed and Charlie ain't got no chance the triangle will generally be used to deepen the relationship between A and B, too bad for C's fans but... I would highly doubt we'd get a chapter that let's us into the character's mind to see what they are thinking. It's pretty rare to get some kind of serious thought bubbling going on. Most of the time it's spoken or shown through action (i.e. finding out Keiko called Ran like... 100 times when she went out drinking and Ran ran home when she say the call history).

Well i said chapter thinking exactly of that, a random thought bubble could've been put easily in this chapter by sacrificing one of the stretching pages, but that's just not the style of the manga plus we'd be missing on some delicious stretches
But let's say if there was a chapter before this one where Ran casually mentions that valentine is coming and asks if Keiko has something planned for it and she just says a half assed 'not really' while paying attention to the TV and not seeing that Ran's face didn't have her usual hint of irony/sacarsm/Ran'ess before dropping the subject aside without making any gay valentine joke for the sake of bait, you know, just something simple with an impact, if Shou intended to make some kind of impact through those latest chapters it kinda went through me 'cause the bait fanservice lessened it, y'know

The thing about Ran's gayness before this chapter is that she had no interest in men and she was attached to Keiko, am i the only one that thinks this is not enough to say she wants a piece of that Keiko? She could very well not feel like committing to a relationship at all
What i wanted was just one chapter, one simple chapter before this one that was being more honest with itself instead of baiting, hell, we kinda got that with Keiko admitting that Ran was probably her first love, i just wanted a little moment of Ran thinking more dearly about Keiko without it being fanservice for us readers

But like i said a few pages back, this chapter was glorious and i am happy with it, could be happier, but still happy, my main concern is about the future of the series considering how this chapter arrived "suddenly" as i've said myself and also how quickly the miscarriage meta-plot got dumped with a single chapter explaining everything that we needed to know after months of buildup, i just want Shou to not rush the development of their relationship in order to appease the yuri fans, hell, i'll even give him the kudos for still not sealing the deal in this chapter, just a little worry of mine and also to see what you guys think about it

What i mean is we went from simple teasing that was more aimed to the readers than anything else and we went directly to confession with blushing and hugging in their sleep, i felt like some transition were missed, and sure they were attached but that bit requires some yuri goggles, i've been as attached to some of my friends without feeling anything beyond friendship towards them

Well it's probably sounding like i don't believe in their relationship, i do though, it's just a matter of flow to reach this one chapter

Alright if we take a moment to calm down the OMFG FCKN YRI ITS YRI I SWR ITS YRI ITS RYT THR FCKN CNN(well that's what I'm doin anyway), if this does keep developing like this, it would be one of the most fully-developed and real Yuri stories we've seen in a while.

No gay until graduation. No super weird circumstances pushing the girls towards other girls rather than guys. No sudden super insane life-changing experience.

Just plain romance. Slow, sweet, well-rounded and fully-developed romance.

Nothing wrong with the above circumstances, but there are so few stories in general in the world of a couple of girls (or guys) simply falling in love because they did. Not because something weird pushed them away from being "normal/straight"

I do hope you're right on the slow part though, 'cause as glorious as it is this chapter seems like it came kinda out of nowhere, i'm slightly under the impression that Shou-chan's burdened by the yuri demand for this manga, it looked like he was just riding along with it with all the teasing and whatnot but this was kind of a huge jump, actually reminding me of the chapter from awhile back where the once mysterious miscarriage of Keiko just got explained to our faces in one chapter that came out of nowhere just like that, and that was just before the baiting began to sail full steam ahead

tl;dr, i hope he doesn't fuck anything up by rushing the relationship

I just realised that in the last page, last panel... Don't you guys see Ran's leg crosses over to Keiko's....? Or maybe I'm just being too hopeful....

This randomly reminded me (despite not being really related) that the main character in Present is also named Keiko and is generally seen by most other students as a delinquent just like the Keiko here. Do Keikos have a predisposition to being perceived as delinquents despite being decent people or something?

Well the imaged ? Keiko is quite behaved but her love interest is the biggest delinquent around, maybe if he wasn't there to suck all the delinquency of the world unto himself she would be one
