Do you really have to ask? As long as people want sex there will be prostitution and as long as some of those people want to have sex with the same gender there will be prostitutes catering to them. Wouldn't be surprised if there were lesbian prostitutes in those times where being a lesbian or a prostitute, let alone both got you stoned.

Yes, I need to ask, because in my country this doesn't exist. I have made plenty of research, there isn't lesbian only in my country, perhaps in a very hidden place and not on internet like in Japan? I am not a Wikipedia nor a well known all countries and all people and I nor judge them as equals necessities.

Are there prostitutes in Japan who will take women as clients? Sure. As others have said, that pretty much goes with the whole concept of "prostitution."

Are there organized lesbian-only brothels/escort services? That's a little hard to track down (not an easy Google search, for perhaps obvious reasons). Given what I understand about lesbianism in Japan, probably not too many. And insofar as they do exist, they're almost certainly not as widespread as their presence in yuri manga would suggest.

Someone did that Google search a little while ago. In Japanese, of course. They found a number of brothels/escort places offering sex services by women for women. One of them even had an English language option for foreign customers:

There is a gray zone between them. Say character A seduces character B who is dating (or married to) character C who is unaware of this infidelity; there are two ways for A to handle the cheating. Either A wants B to leave C (and have B as an exclusive lover) or A is fine with things as they are and likes having B live and sleep with another person. That last situation comes reaaally close to ntr... and Fuuko so far kind of strikes me as this kind of person. Rather than "leave Nanase!" she's more like "have me too!" towards Yuni.

It's not just you. But imho the most noteworthy thing is that they might be developing individualities. For a long time they've been like perfect clones and their loveydoveyness was built on that foundation, as they knew and understood each other even in the tiniest details. But since not long ago they started thinking and acting differently in minute ways in certain situations... and that might be a hint that their love is about to evolve.

Edit: this is illustrated well in that scene where Mahiro suddenly changes her hairstyle to a ponytail and Mahiru is stunned...... because, first, they don't match perfectly anymore, and, second, she finds the sudden difference between them really attractive!

I'm certain that the role the 'thot' will play in this story is to help the MC spend money like an oil tycoon and enjoy the good things in life. As for how long the 300 million yen will last—and what will happen when the MC finds herself stone broke—your guess is as good as mine.
My guess: the two girls will fall in love, so thot-chan won't leave the penniless MC (and look for another sugar mommy) as would normally be the case, but will instead stick to her and the two will live happily ever after. Because romantic comedy, right?
