Totally. I remember there was this one bi-shoujo game where all the girls have some sort of disability, which I thought was nice, but in the end it was just for fetish reasons: action packed with the notorious no-face-kun, and plenty of ahegao. Which is why we need fluff like this.

I wouldn't call Sinfest COMPLETE trash....but yeah, it's pretty bad. It's a shame that as soon as the art gets really good, with visually appealing color schemes...the plot totally veers off road.

I still can't make any judgements about it. That's still too few stuff (for me, anyways); we have only 35 pages of comic (of which sis only appears in, what, 4, 5?) and a few side art (exactly one of which, as you pointed, seems to hint at MC x sis -- plus header).
That being said, as long as it's done well, I don't mind love triangs (or other polygons)

I have seen ppl act somewhat similar irl (aside of the comedy duo act, cuz ppl usually are not like that irl) and their relationship is perfectly fine, and their jokes are sometimes quite rough.

...it'd only be unhealthy if you assume one of them is missing out on something they ought to be getting, or getting something they don't want. In this case both of them seem to be in on the joke, which makes all the difference.

It's also all played-up in the typical comic comedy duo format:
Serious person reacts to the funny one.

Yeah, relationships usually have this dynamic, at least in my experience. One likes to fool around while the other often acts as the stock character (Or the straight man), seemingly blowing up with anger--even so, their joking personality and the other's seriousness is precisely why they love each other. It's pretty normal, really. That being said, I have high hopes for this series: the tag left to right usually yields great stories.
