It’s still a weird title in English, though. It’s not clear (to me, anyway—there’s always the possibility of a complex Japanese pun lurking somewhere) why the MC, or any of the characters, would be analogous to that specific type of flower.

Just from what we've seen so far, "symbol of bad luck" might be an angle worth exploring. At the beginning of the story, they're both suffering from what they see as bad luck - Nagisa not getting the school she wanted because she simply took the time to help a random stranger, and Mashiro back in the infirmary again no matter how tired she gets of the place. But without those things happening, they wouldn't have been able to develop this warm relationship together.

Of course, that's mere speculation based only on the chapters I've seen so far. Maybe future developments will cast the title in a new light.

My god, does anyone really think that this is a story where one character tries to do a cute thing by putting their glasses on someone who is squinting, but instead of the person now being able to see:

• their eye accidentally gets gouged out

• the prescription is so far off they stumble around and fall down the stairs and break their neck

• the glasses give the person chronic migraines for the rest of their life

• the person doesn’t understand what’s happening and screams and lashes out and the police are called

• the frames get caught in the person’s hair and they scream and lash out, etc.

• they throw the glasses off in horror and they break on the floor and and a shard of glass goes into the person’s eye and they’re blinded forever

Sometimes I think every Dynasty story should come with a warning label:

Btw uh...I don't wear glasses but even I think forcefully making someone put on glasses like that is a VERY bad idea, and this could have been really sad. (this is still really cute though.)

What exactly do you think could happen? If they’re not helpful the worst that’d happen is the person they put on getting momentarily disoriented and maybe pissed. Maybe the glasses get broken if they throw them off hard enough, but that’s about it. It’s not like having them on for a moment are going to seriously affect her, even if the prescription is wrong.

I'd worry about getting poked in the eye with the ends of the frame.

Had the plot figured out on page 3. But it was still cute. They have similar prescriptions, they're destined to be together.

What is this. Hugging for ants? Shameless flrting kinda made up for it though. Saying each others names is practically foreplay in yuri manga.

Eh, we're keeping up a fairly consistent rate of nearly one hug per chapter. Plus the very first page of the manga is a hug. So I think it counts still.

The "Riri-chan." "Who?" panel is great because it looks like Nagisa is looking to us, the readers, for help identifying this new character. XD

Let me reframe that conversation: Countless anime and manga examples have proven beyond any doubt that all maids are secretly trained in the ninja arts, including hunting and survival (not to mention cooking). Therefore, there exists a finite number N, such that N maids are able to form a self-sufficient community able to generate enough surplus food to support a single adult human male regardless of his contributions to production or lack thereof. So yes, a man can live alone on the labor of N maids, at least until they rise up and overthrow him in a glorious revolution of the ninja maid proletariat, forming a new, yuritopian maid society.
