It takes place a few years later, Honoka is 20 now (she was a second year in the series), putting it roughly 5 years after, and her girlfriends are both about 2 years younger. Just having a rough idea who everyone is would be enough, like a glance at a wiki or something. Generally the story is self-contained.

One other thing that did impress me, there's an original character that plays a major role. Which is usually a huge red flag that things are gonna suck, but in this case she's as fleshed out as any of the other characters and integrates into the story seamlessly.

While i didn't like Fluttering Feeling mostly becuz of relatively slow pacing comapred to other yuri manhwa and manga but I feel bad for fans who were waiting so this mahwa to continue.

Also my hopes with the author to overcome and beat the cancer. And live a normal life again. After all, life is too short and who doesn't like to live it to the fullest?
