I expected a bit of pushback for changing the tag.
This is also why Dynasty can't let users truly have 100% control over tag input since rather than hating on the staff, they'll hate on each other (moreso than they apparently do already, anyway).
I changed it because there are legitimate cases where chromosomes don't dictate the resulting gender/sex, because of identity issues or simply because something got screwy in the biology. There hasn't been pushback on the use of the y-chromosome version of the tag from what I've seen, but I felt men not found would be slightly more appropriate for those who may have this issue but have chosen to not speak up about it or haven't visited us yet.
Tags have always been a real messy business since staff is small, tags are everywhere, and everyone has their own idea about what exactly fits what. As with joke tags, it should mostly be a sort of Dynasty flavor sort of thing as like most other sites have their own flavor to issuing their tags. We will obviously continue to take in tag change suggestions, but I'll have to sit on what else to call this tag for now (I've seen the suggestions and will take them into consideration).

We're not Japanese nor a representative of the nation of Japan in any fashion. However there are surely plenty of people in both countries that share your sentiment, but politics are very messy.

The fanservice is agreeably a bit too much in a number of places.
The yokai are quite likely equivalent in comparison with their visual representation (for the human-like ones, at least). This is based off of how they act and think, as seen quite clearly with the lack of knowledge on Kurona's behalf. So looked at the setups for the ecchi in real life terms it's quite creepy, basically like all other ecchi manga out there.

I couldn't think of why that would be the case considering those fuckwits just rip it straight from the scanlator asap, but then I remembered that there were some changes (sometimes minor, sometimes semi-major) when it moved from magazine to tanks. That may be what occurred.

I did. I found the story enjoyable, although it's certainly not yuri (with a few panels of exceptions). Luckily they batched the volumes so it wasn't difficult obtaining the chapters quickly.

Depending on the group, that would be the QA/QC position. Some groups make the QCer fix the edits themselves and I don't know how many have the QCers be the extra pair of experienced eyes these days. In Dynasty terms, we were the latter. But of course we're not hiring and we're mostly dead so we're not an option :P

If someone has a raw page that he thinks was pretty hard to edit and could direct me to that so I can look for myself how I fare, I'd be really thankful. I've read pretty much every yuri available in english, so instead of rereading my favorite series like once a week, I might as well help to get some new yuri onto this site.

im learning japanese right now and im hoping that i'll eventually be good enough at it to help out with manga/visual novel translations (among other things). i figured it might be a useful skill to have given that, so im curious: how long/hard would it be to learn how to clean/edit/typeset with absolutely no experience in image editing?

I've only ever been a mouse user for editing (both typesetting and cleaning). It's doable, but there is always a time where I sorta wish I had a tablet to do some of these redraws; Even with the lack of artistic talent, a lot of redraws won't need any sort of complex artistic understandings to complete. And even if there is one you can probably try to cover that up with text. There's a different sort of satisfaction that comes with working on new chapters before the majority of people has seen them; not only because you get to see it sooner (not as satisfying) but a lot of what you're doing is going to get cemented into people's minds (more satisfying when done right). Eventually you mostly get used to it once you keep at it.

Everyone has to start from somewhere so don't worry about your lack of experience. As long as you keep practicing and keep learning your efforts will eventually stop sucking (this applies to everything else in the world).

Not that much to discuss about this cute comedic series. Unlike the dorama and possible speculation at all the yuri series.
This is still one of the best stuff on here.

Three people don't lead to very quick releases. (speaking from experience)

The upload request is mostly for the purpose of new stuff, but if we fall behind on something (usually due to uploading delays or just being busy) then it can be used to give us a reminder.

It's up. It may be replaced by the other group's version when they release theirs since I'm a stickler for quality.
