In this way I feel like, if Shouta did abuse her, and it was confirmed, the teacher ought to back the hell off.

I think it was more physical abuse than sexual, at least it was how I interpreted. (I'm not trying to justify the teacher's actions)

Wasn't she implying that Shouta kissed her during the rainy days? Or am i dumb and read it wrong?

I’m interpreting it as she was in a position of sexual assault from Shouta. And so fearing that it may will escalate in the future she decide that if it does get to that point at the very least her first was with someone she chose and liked. I’m interpreting it from what she said in Chapter 14 page 7 on the bottom panel of the page. Please, correct me if I’m wrong.

And thus, answering your question, I’m inferring that he did not kiss her on rainy days, but she is worried that it may escalate to that point in the future. (If it had not already, after she shared that kiss with Sensei but it was said in chapter 14 that she was “self-taught” so probs not being kissed by Shouta)

I suppose the best love stories come from bloodlust.

That’s some subtext. I hope that the story will graduate from subtext to full on love.
