So far Haruto has been a pretty good male character so far, so I have hopes that he won't do something stupid next chapter....Yes I'm being overly optimistic.

I'm with you on the optimism. Haruto's actions in this chapter were about as good as they could as they could be given how things were building up before hand. I can't describe how tense I was when Minato picks him up at the bar.

I really love how Haruto possesses depth and complexity with some very realistic faults, but ultimately remains a sympathetic male character. I hope that can continue, because yuri fiction needs a lot more of it.

Also, the money at the end was a completely unnecessary addition.

the money is there because mikako "cant tolerate anything improper." she pays them because she feels bad receiving something without giving them something back in return. if you notice, kyouka and hirai (the two gyarus) stop calling her Class Prez and start saying Mikako at the end so the three of them are a lot closer now than at the beginning. so i guess the money might be unnecessary, but it makes sense and it definitely isnt gay for pay.

Right, but (as far as I could research) prostitution is illegal in Japan, and carries the same cultural connotations of immorality as in the west. So paying for the sex actually makes things even more wrong.

If she's supposed to be super uptight and traditionalist, I would've expected she'd try something silly like marrying them - which would've opened the door to some very amusing reactions and even some role reversal.

Edit: Or if the author wants to run with the underlying theme of corruption, then the money thing actually fits in perfectly. It'd require some kind of sequel or epilogue to tie the theme together, though.

Still enjoyable but I feel like I preferred the one shot, it delivered some punchlines better

Tamamusi's probably pacing the writing out so she doesn't run out of content too quickly. The "pilot" made a bunch of jokes on different topics over the course of its story, while this first chapter mostly focused on a single theme.

The art has a lot of amateurish faults: anatomy is pretty helter-skelter, weak - but somewhat stable - perspective work, paneling and composition is underdeveloped. The writing is trashy as all hell, but the protagonist develops to at least some degree and there's the semblance of a plot.

Overall it's not great, but it's not terrible. It definitely reads as a a first or early attempt at a yuri hentai manga, and it's good enough that I'd be interested in seeing how much the artist can improve with practice.

I really like this chapter. It being about lesbians helps a lot.

For once, a lesbian couple.

Though it had to be the "horribly abused by ex-husband so turned gay" trope.

The older one may have been gay from the start eventually.

To be honest it sounded a lot more like the "married lesbian in the closet who finally became true to herself" than turning gay from abuse.

I'm leaning towards this, since the text implies a delay between her leaving her husband and meeting Kayo.

Urgh. Emoticons being used despite a character's face already being visible is my biggest comic-related pet peeve.

Good chapter. Not as good as people were making it out to be. Or maybe i'm just too dull in catching expression without narration.

Anyways, hope we will get more into relationship rather than stalling.

Same. It's emotionally tense and sure as hell alludes to some serious future developments, but there's nothing terribly climactic going on in this chapter, specifically. I'll wait for the drama bomb to actually be dropped before I act all blown away.

There are more realistic yuri works and less realistic ones, but you can't pinpoint an objectively "most realistic" yuri story. Lesbian experiences vary greatly from lesbian to lesbian so a story that's especially relevant and believable to one might not be so for another. Same as with any other type of person and their experiences, really.

I'd point to something like Octave if you asked me for a very realistic one.

I feel like Widowtracer is more popular in that it's one of those ships you don't even have to be a yuri fan to acknowledge. But Phamercy is the one more yuri fans get really emphatic one way or the other about.

Well for the announcement you need to clarify what the plan will actually be.

1) You have a story or at least concept ready, and you need production crew to bring it to life.

2) You want any artists/writers interested to bring their own stories to work on.

Then there's stuff like if you want the production to focus on telling a single story, or if we can tell multiple stories that are tied together by an underlying theme or something.

It sounds like you're trying to create a single 5-10 minute piece that would match the quality and depth of professional hentai productions. Even if you use some of the less-than-stellar examples of the genre as a bar, it's a very tall order to fill. This will be doubly true if this production will simply be the collaboration of disparate artists of varying degrees of professionalism from all across the internet, as opposed to an actual production from an established animation studio.

I think a more reasonable approach would be to commission a series of 1-3 minute pieces from various artists, then compile them into an anthology. Still a lot of work, but probably more conducive to the type of production crew you'd end up assembling with a project like this.

P.S. I put my vote for participation in as an volunteer animator, but I can (probably) handle backgrounds and editing as well. If someone's willing to pay me I'm not going to argue against them.
