Lesbears OP (watch it while it lasts!)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64AbgBKTUGQ

What the hell did I just watch?

Also reports says that around the 17 minute mark, the show becomes a MASSIVE acid trip.

Why am I crying? Why is this so cute...aaaahh

"J'ai besoin de toi" at the end, do you hear it too?

Died from overload cuteness already

I didn't heard that, I wouldn't have noticed by myself but it's clearly what she says. It may be the first french line that doesn't feel weird in an anime/opening x)

I wouldn't mind having the french link x)

Am I the only one who think this Sumika seems way too boring compared to the rest of the character ? I hope the anime will prove me wrong.

So, im wondering how hot this yuri manhwa in South Korea? Because this is lesbian story and all. I only ever watch a lesbian korean drama and it was banned because of public outrage.

I may be wrong but up to now, the manhwa doesn't seems to have much yuri in it. They may ban it when they get together :o

Sigh Besides the dad part, I really wish that Ga-Rei zero was really like that. Damn anime made me cry. Did the manga at least have a happy ending with these two characters? At least in a sister-sister way?

A bit late of a response but the anime is actually a prequel to the manga. So that should answer your question.

I know the anime is a prequel. I didn't read the manga, so that's why I was asking if they ever got a happy ending in the manga.

it did in the manga it took me gazillion of chapters to see yomi and kagura finally settled..although yomi is T^T

So does that mean they did get at least a somewhat happy ending? And Yomi is what???

I have already read the manga (I didn't really read it actually, just flipping each page) and also gathered all the comments of the manga. If you really didn't read the manga yet, better don't read it. It isn't very good as expected.

I don't agree, it depend on the person who read, the authors have a really particular style and either you love it or you hate it. Personally I found it great
+ I didn't watch the anime

Is it yuri? I mean it's great and all and I really like it, but who's got romantic feelings in this? It seems like the closest is the one who lies about them being friends, everyone else is just friendly with each other.

Well it's from an author who did yuri and published in Hirari so even if it gives more a friends feels, people can take it as yuri I think

Personally, I'm one of those who says if it's published in a yuri magazine then it's yuri as well as if it's published in a shonen, it's a shonen, the same goes for the others

Personnally, even for a straight couple, I don't understand the idea of marriage necessity to be happy. To me that's just some religious stuff, I don't really need that.
Well why not the administrative mariage but that's not that big of a deal...

Also, I'd argue drama isn't more realistic than fluff per se. People like to think it is (probably in part because fluff is often extremely optimistic), but really, the world isn't just a pit of infinite darkness. Sometimes good things happen. Sometimes people are happy. You know, fluff.

+1

Bad art ? If this one is bad, then there must not be many manga with good art ._.

That's just some poor fake logic x)
Shuninta's stories are more about college or adult life usually with some erotic feelings while Jin is more about high school girls and romance. One does more mature and wild things than the other. So if I were to choose I would say Jin bottom and Shuninta's top.
Once again that's just some really poor logic and I'm not saying that Jin only does the stereotipical high school girl romance kind of stories or that Shuninta does erotic manga.

O/A: A popular young idol who was caught in a scandal that was really in no fault her own and ends up having to start from the bottom again. Her main project is a radio show, but during an incident where she becomes unavailable, the staff discover that there's another girl (a down-on-her-luck comedian) with a similar voice and had her fill in for the idol. This eventually leads to the two of them cohosting the radio show together while trying to pass it off as if there's still only one host.

That seems interesting, I think I will try

From Kamichu author ? Somehown even if Kamichu is more het, it doesn't surprise me to see her doing Yuri.

That was great

Kamichu is kinda theoretically het, like elementary school "I like someone" but barely conceive of the idea of kissing let alone anything else. It's wonderful though, everyone should read it.

I don't know about the manga but having seen the anime, I totally agree.
That remind me, I watched it when I didn't watch or read in english yet and we didn't have the 2 or 3 last episode translated in my language (because dropped I think)... I should rewatch it entirely x)

What I'd like to find is something like Mushishi or XXXHolic, with a mysterious atmosphere and heavily based in folklore, maybe a bit stylish while we're at it. Or maybe with that feel of discovering unseen facets of the world, like the bits of YKK where Alpha is travelling, or the Cait Sith-related parts of Aria. One of the things that attracts me to Touhou, for instance, is the creative take on Japanese folk stories, so other stuff that relies on the same would be appealing.

Natsume yuujinchou ? To me, it gives similar vibes to Mushishi.

Not take out the music part just slow down with the overly theatrical act
