I hear a lot of people say that, but Bel and Enty never interact or even reference each other in-game, except for one line that was added after the animé debuted.

Don't get me wrong, I like this pairing, but I'm disappointed they wrote E like this in the animé, and I really hope this isn't the personality fans think of, when they yuri 'ship E.

As much as Bel/Enty annoys me, this is pretty cute.

@masspao I mean, I think it's pretty safe to assume that the animé is NOT in continuity with the game, considering they gave Enterprise PTSD without killing Yorktown and Hornet. Considering how little thought went into the series, I doubt they cared about continuity.

Also, I'm surprised to hear you say people hate animé!Enty; I've only heard a few people complain about her.

As much as I like sexy, assertive Belfast, I find it VERY annoying when that's all there is to her personality-- yet that seems to be the only way fans know how to write her. I wish more fans would show Belfast's more shy, quiet, and honest side.

I have VERY mixed feelings about this 'ship.

On the one hand, yuri, and from a series that doesn't get much of it, between two great characters who would have good chemistry together.

On the other hand, I am not happy with what they did to Enty and Bel in the animé, and it bothers me that most fanart of the pairing can be summed up as "Belfast does something sexy, and Enterprise recoils in disgust", which is very different to the way they are in-game, especially Enterprise, who is a far braver, kinder character than the emo shit we got in the animé. (Spoilered because it's a rant.)

I wish I could find fanart of game!Enty/Bel, and not animé!Enty/Bel.

You sure? Because KC Akagi/Kaga have plenty of yuri themselves.

While I prefer to 'ship other characters with Yamato, I like this 'ship for the princess/knight-slash-doomed-lovers dynamic.

Considering how Kaga is a jerk to Zui-Zui in canon, I love seeing seme!Zuikaku × uke!Kaga.

Ugggh. As much as I love the premise of "handsome girl is mistaken for a boy", I find this more annoying than cute when Kanda doesn't have any reason to keep her gender a secret.
I agree with everyone else, I hope the premise is dropped in a chapter or two, but this is a manga; I don't have high hopes.

Kashima is a training ship, and Ooi was converted from a training ship. I think they were also both used in a Lawson promotion together.

Anyway, I love this 'ship. Half because of the adorable yuri, and the other half because we get a chance to see the true personalities of characters who are frequently reduced to a joke in the KanColle fandom. It's unexpected, but a VERY pleasant surprise.
