I love comedy yuri, and wish-fulfillment yuri manga where everyone is super gay are great, too. This is Canno, I wouldn't be surprised in the least if this were fun and fluffy, just like their other works.

If it's not only fun and fluffy i could take it but if it is then i probably be dissapointed. I don't want the things going smoothly because the subject is not really something you can magically work without problem.

I'm relating to both the MC and the tutor already. Falling for someone, thinking I'm monoamorous, and then starting to fall for someone else out of nowhere and just going wait what. And also being polyamorous but that not meshing with the people you like and being sad and wondering if there's something wrong with you, and feeling like you need to love multiple people to feel fulfilled. Been there on both counts.

Sweet Guilty Love Bites chapter 1 has a catlike girl (she's compared multiple times in the story to a cat explicitly) with short hair, but it's sadly blonde. Idk if that helps, but that's what I've got.

Also I doubt it's gonna be cheating into polyamory, because it sounds like the tutor has been explicit about being polyamorous - hopefully that means the senpai is okay with it too and it'll progress well, with only our MC's roadblocks acting as a problem, without multiple characters being bad about stuff, but we'll see. I'm just hoping the series continues after everyone gets together instead of ending then, I'd love to see established relationship polyamory oh my god.

I know that it's no longer being updated, but I have no idea if there are new chapters yet-to-be-translated. If there are, I imagine interest would be somewhat low for them, since there's a whole new series coming out that's pretty much an upgrade.

Agreed. But in my defence, not all Angst tag story have sad endings. I was convinced right up to the last page, of this story, that the wedding talk would turn out to be just a unfounded rumor, and the pair would end up together. I think the let down added to my initial bitterness over it.

Yeah a "happy ending" tag would be nice for being prepared for things without it, but that's gotta be balanced against spoilers. I know some mods are for tags that spoil and some against, it's a tricky situation.

I think there was the very long LL doujin with i believe it's MakiHonoka where there was aftercare but i'm not really into BDSM that much to know other examples.

The Dog's Desire and the Reality of Discipline - it's okay, not actually that aftercare-y. I still enjoyed it, knowing nothing about the characters, because kinky petplay and reversal are both good times, but eh. Not what I was looking for asking about aftercare manga, then or now. Also worth noting that it's quite good about consent, one of the only BDSM manga I've ever seen that made me believe the author knew anything about BDSM.

Edit: okay I misremembered, it's sometimes good about consent. They do the checking in and affirmative consent thing, but also the "ah no stop" thing where they just keep going and apparently that's okay and what the person wanted? Don't love that.

I'll be blunt, the low point for this kinda stuff is probably chapter 5 and then it gets less overtly aggressive from that point on. I'm thinking of releasing double chapters to blunt the impact slightly, if possible.

If there is a rape scene, it's generally tag as such you know. Here it's just that MC is guillable and the two neighboors are playing on it. They're just more aggresive (and lesbians) version of Hino-san.

Usually only if it's violent rape rather than that Japanese trope where the character is visibly distressed and keeps saying no but I'm expected to interpret that as her being coy.

I suspect it's an artistic exaggeration of the existing societal expectation that women be extremely demure about wanting sex. There's a pretty massive genre of porn for the fetish of 'innocent/pure' women being corrupted into enjoying sex.

Consent is sexy, and this kind of stuff is only really good if there's a safeword involved and everyone fully understands and communicates what they're comfortable with. And then people think it's normal and think people saying "no" is just for fun when it's not.

But yeah for CNC safewords are obviously essential, as are checking in, and aftercare, and a bunch of other stuff that isn't handled. Proper BDSM never shows up in manga tho so that's not surprising, even if it is disappointing.

I would adore a series that featured BDSM with actual aftercare. Some kind of Cute Girls Doing Cute Things show but with floggers and rope, I guess? Really it would be nice to see BDSM that gets into how different people's taste can get as far as what kinds of scenes/play they're into.

You don't get why people don't like this story. Well I 'll explain it. The story's sole purpose is to bum the reader out. There is nothing positive about the ending. No silver lining. No nugget of wisdom or character growth just the depressing realisation she discovered her feelings to late to do anything.
No it's not a tragedy , or a wtf. Just a sad heartbroken woman, who missed her chance before she even realised she wanted to take it.

I feel sorry for anyone who looks at a story like this and sees that .

It's depressing, and that is the point, but that doesn't mean its only purpose is bumming the reader out. It's meant to show something that happens, and it is bittersweet, because she came to acknowledge her feelings, and she's going to be able to realize them better later - the person she loves is happy, too, which is a good thing. To me at least, bittersweet isn't meant to say the ending isn't sad, it's meant to say that there's the hope of happiness still there. It's a story about not recognizing your feelings and watching the person you love be happy with someone else, it's hardly without any possible joy in her future, and this might directly help with that.

It is ? I was slightly confused with the princess/prince thing. I never know if it was just a misunderstanding and the prince was a princess all along or if the prince really become a princess.

Explicitly trans rep, she's confirmed it on twitter and it was cleared up further in a later chapter (2.19) too, with the young princess saying to Yazhel, the advisor-y guy who's been with her since she was a child, "Yazhel, I've decided to be a princess instead of a prince!"

Well she can't be a character who coldly and repeatedly murders Malori and have the story actually grow and go some place, so. I'm happy with this. Also it's lit that Kuru gave us trans rep, love her, love that.
