yeah, it was rly abrupt, but i feel like that lends itself well to the dehumanization & chaos of war

oh boy, reading this in the year of our lord 2k19 is an exercise in simultaneous frustration & bemusement. granted this was penned over a decade ago b4 questioning gender roles became more mainstream, but it just goes to show how easily the male/female dichotomy starts falling to pieces under any small degree of scrutiny.

^^^ with those two getting added tho, the “new weapon type for each new character” precedent has been broken, and with seele having been depicted as a scythe wielder, she won’t need to be connected to rita in any way (the similarities between them are vastly less than those of kiana/kallen & mei/sakura, so i don’t think seele would fit as rita’s “awakened” form)

lagrange was such a fuckin mess but i loved its main 3 so much that it more than made up for it (i think that was the first trio of characters that i poly-shipped)
... and then there was that one episode that insinuated that a relationship between 3 people is stronger than a relationship between 2
so yeah great show if ur looking for cute girls + heavy poly undertones, and u don’t mind fan service & a plot that makes less sense the more u think abt it

& i was so happy when they gave us a seele for the dorms (u better believe she & bronya r sharing a room) but i hadn’t considered she could be a playable character in the future
