This is hot and all, but it also touches on one of my most hated tropes: An adult who somehow can't stop a child/teen from sexually interacting with them. Unless they are being held at knife/gunpoint, or are somehow physically disabled, there is really no way that this happens without the adult allowing it to. Maybe, walk out of the room? Maybe, don't let them take your clothes off? Maybe, don't let them have sex with you? Maybe, admit you are a pedo?

Yandere is a portmanteau of two Japanese words. The first is yanderu, which means “to be sick,” and the second is deredere, used here for “lovestruck.”

Seems like a pretty apt description to me. Yandere doesn't have necessarily have to be a murderous psychopath, but most of the time that's how they are portrayed.

Useless Princess? More like Useless Development. This thing is all over the place, and not really in a good way.

Fujishiro should probably use this opportunity to run away as far as possible. Between psycho girl Kanade, and potential psycho girl Miki, this could get dicey. Time to change schools and start over.

Looking back, seems like Izumi dodged a bullet when she got turned down.

This is going to end really badly for someone. Scissors in the neck kind of bad.

The author must have caught a lot of flak for that half-assed ending, and put out something that had a more solid closure. I will admit that I was quite surprised that there was another chapter, but I'm glad that there was. While not perfect, this is way more palatable than the previous chapter end.

That protagonist is dumb as a brick though. I can never understand why girls would prefer some greasy middleaged man that mostly likely could owerpower them instead of another nice looking girl. Have fun getting abused I guess.

Probably for the same reason a straight young guy wouldn't go out with a good looking looking guy over a greasy middle aged woman? Seems kinda silly to call someone dumb for not going against their genetic wiring.

As I was reading this, I kept thinking that I had read this somewhere before. After reading the comments, I realized it was the LN instead. Pretty surprised that it got a manga adaptation. It's not bad by any means, but it's not exactly great either. Hopefully the manga will be a bit more lighthearted than the LN.

Kind of a meh ending. Not bad, but not good by any means either. I guess you can call it a happy ending, but the fact that Akira is settling for being #2, while only loving Mayuki in a mostly platonic way, while still trying to maintain the triangle, doesn't really feel like a happy ending. Good thing the author decided to end it here, because IRL this relationship really isn't very healthy, and likely wouldn't last very long. I highly doubt Canno wants to try to tackle this situation after the honeymoon wears off.

I love the art, but unfortunately, I'm getting very tired of the story. It's just one recycled trope after another. Not sure if I even want to continue with this at this point. I'm all for long serializations, but only when they flow properly and/or the plot continues to hold my attention. This story is has neither at this point. The story has literally repeated itself several times, only with different characters. I'm tired of the constant pining and self pity between the two MC's. The mangaka either needs to make a move, or shut it down and move on.

I said it before, and I'll say it again. Fuck Youko. You can try to fluff it up as much as you want, but at the end of the day she was two-timing, and stringing along both her partners. Of course, since it's a yuri story, the guy is easily cast aside, even though he did nothing wrong and seemed to be a faithful and caring boyfriend. Pretty shitty storytelling IMO.

A better twist would have been if it was Haruka who was somehow revived by the Kaijuu and then reprogrammed to want to kill the bastioneers.

Calling it now, the twin is in love with her sister.

What's up with the endings to these chapters? It's so sudden it feels like there are pages that were maybe accidentally not uploaded.

Gee, I think we can see the plot coming a mile away. Fancy Flower Prince is going to somehow fall for Yamada. Kase will see them in a semi-compromising situation and will get jealous and run away. Yamada will reject the guy and chase after Kase. Misunderstanding will be cleared up. Boom chicka wa wa on X-mas eve. Rinse and repeat. I really do like this manga, but the constant recycling of plots is getting annoying.

I find it disgusting and it takes away from a character's value. This is just my opinion of course.

It's a work of fiction. It's targeted at adults. I'm against smoking as much as anyone else, but this takes it to the extreme.

Oh jesus, here comes the boy who secretly loved the MC and will now try to hook up with her trope. Now we'll get several chapters of "misunderstandings" and frosty moments until all will be resolved, probably without a satisfying conclusion, only to delve into the next cliche trope to extend the drama a bit more. I really like this author, but this is getting pretty dumb at this point.

Completely redoing the 1st half before finishing the story? I'm out. It's one thing to ask for patience. It's quite another to leave the story on a cliffhanger and then just decide to "redo" the entire thing from the beginning.

It's like if Disney produced and then decided to not release Avengers: End Game and instead chose to re-film all the previous movies. That would have gone over like a lead balloon and would have killed the franchise. Which is exactly what this is going to do for me. It's really a slap in the face to the readers who have stuck by for so long to not get a conclusion to the story.

It's fine to want to maybe redraw and improve earlier chapters. But that's after the story has finished, not right in the fucking middle of it. It's a shame, but if this is how it's going to be, this will be the last time I will read any work from this author. I can't support this decision in any way, shape, or form.

I really like this story, but I would really just like to see Mari get laid. I still don't think they've done it since Arisa had her accident. Mari totally deserves some snu-snu at this point.

It doesn't even have to be erotic or anything. Just a confirmation that she finally got a piece.
