I think it's mostly because they're here to see two girls loving each others (whatever their bodies look like ; they could both have vaginas, penises or something), and not going ahegao and just agreeing that it's better with men, and there is not a lot of futa doujin with just characters who love each other the way they are, like, there is a lot of doujin with "oh no, i grew a penis, let's fuck! oh, it feels better than with a girl", because of this fetish thing.
