I think at some point it stops falling in the realm of what I'd refer to as "porn". This is Grade A erotic content regardless.

Pretty cool to see Waterfall getting so much attention lately. Been a fan for a while, but it seemed like they always fell through the cracks where scanlation was concerned...

Waterfall is such an amazing Yuri artist. Too bad, they tend to write novels, and my friends say their novels are really good and beautiful. I guess that's why their doujins don't have much attention.....

Even so, I still hope to see more doujins from them ^^!

Oh, and Meiling makes it clear she has no idea what happened to the mistresses, but suspects Sakuya might know. She oddly seems uninterested in finding out over the next several decades that she's together with Sakuya. Weird.

I think Sakuya just uses her power to stop time for some reasons and... yeah, that's what happen in the entire story. ^^

I really liked that Maki said she loves Nico's hands better than toys or stuff like that~

Morishima Akiko is an out bisexual, and wrote a set of stories (http://dynasty-scans.com/series/happy_picture_diary) for the former lesbian magazine, Anise (http://dynasty-scans.com/anthologies/anise_magazine), which ran in the late 90's/early 2000's. These are the stories she refers to when she says in the afterword,

"Around the time when I debuted in a commercial magazine, I used to write this kind of manga and this brought back memories."

Happy Picture Diary certainly is in the same vein as this, exploring the real everyday lives of women-loving women in Japan.

This is the reason her stories always have the ring of truth when they concern LGBT life. She's living it.
