The Mother's Rosario arc has a girl who wants to marry Asuna, but she dies because she was born with AIDS (And because for some reason we still won't have a cure against AIDS 10-ish years in the future, even though we already have ways for people with AIDS to live normally).

I guess I can ship this couple, this doujin was nice. Along with this and Kasumi x Arisa, I have a ship for each PoPiPa girl without anyone remaining.

Some people might say it's heteronormative, but I genuinely like girls in male suits. And @Bugpope it could be any formal party, really. But that's a nice headcanon.
