Well, I went ahead and made something simpler for the cover to see how it would look (wish I didn't need to use effects though, but the other vol covers wouldn't be readable without them)

The world needs more Yoriko-senpai. Can this manga continue forever plz?

I kinda worship Nakatani, so I can't really dislike anything she does. Yes, this was really rushed by the end, but I liked the concept. It's basically the "antisocial girl is transformed by meeting that special someone" story told in the perspective of the special someone, who turns out to not be the usual saint-like heroic figure, which I find really interesting.

^^ Agreed, the typeface is ugly as hell. It does not represent the simplistic feeling that the original Japanese cover & artwork try to communicate, nor does it even fit with the nature of the story at all. This will probably look even worse on the 2nd and 3rd vol covers.

Way to ruin great manga covers... (will still be buying them tho)
