Neets dont even know how good they can be at a job until they are forced to it and there was this dude who did a better job than the other guys with years of experience , he keep saying he fucked up and went home thinking he did everything wrong when that was not the case.
That, I believe is called 'Imposter Syndrome' which is a fairly common mental issue (I say issue, because it isn't technically classified as a disorder. But can be a symptom of other underlying mental health disorders) where someone is hounded by feelings of inadequacy, essentially believing themselves to be a fraud, with any actual skill written off as just being good at deception.
