The artist sets this manga with a gentle, slice-of-life tone. The scenery and the romance between the two main characters are depicted with A LOT passion. The artist often dedicates a page to show what's happening around the characters, like on page 17 of the chapter 'Fade to Blue' and at the bottom of page 17 in 'Spring Storm.' These moments slightly shift the focus from the action, creating a more intimate and cozy atmosphere between Shizuku and Yu. kinda reminds me of After School by oshima towa. Which is very cute (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶).

Their faces on page 13 are adorable :3

Miyuki's reaction to her friends simply asking her to 'swing' by shows that she is quite lacking in common sense department. But then again what is a harem manga if the mc is not clueless.

It's cute so far, but since I haven't read the light novel, the progression is a bit confusing, especially Sendai-san's intentions in the recent chapter. But i'll just wait and see!

The story was only two chapters long, but I found it intriguing. However, it was quite depressing for both characters. One is left with no choice but to marry a man for the sake of her child, while the other is in disbelief that her roommate, who ran away (after being together for 6 years) with her money, now has a child, and other factors.

In both mangas, 'Arioto' and this one, the authors, from my interpretation of reading the two series, are trying to romanticize the concept of rape as well as undermine it and use it as a source for the development of the romances in both stories.

The nice art style compensates for the messed-up story.
