Really great doujin here. Truly the art and the story are so detailed. Not to mention there's so much packed in. While the idea that people bleed when first penetrated is not as much scientific and it only happens to a minority of the population, I do find the way they spun it very romantic and deeply loving.

Honestly you're forgetting some very important anime -Sweet Blue Flowers, Yuri Yuri, Love Live, Strawberry Panic, and Maria Watches Over Us.

Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san is cute but there's hardly any development for it's type.

Sakura Trick is great and mostly comedy. Sweet Blue Flowers and Strawberry Panic are great and a mixture of romance and drama. Yuru Yuri is great and comedic slice-of-life. If we rule out very short OVA series like Kuttsukiboshi, Sonohana, and Shoujo Sect (one of my favorites and truly a great show) then those four are undoubtedly the best.

Well it depends. It takes some experience at times to remember to keep breathing through your nose during long kisses/kissing sessions. Not to mention doing sexy things with someone often causes one to have a lot of physical reactions and actions which make one more likely to breathe through one's mouth (like during exercise).

Yeah, but they also still think of Marika as a boy dressed as a girl and still call them Yuuta at times.

Honestly I've read as much translates stuff, then I read the pictures of the yet-untranslated manga up to chapter 38. Honestly long, drawn-out romance with tons of het interference irks me a ton. So can anyone convince me to keep up with this series?

Hatred, resentment, scorn. Basically positive turns negative is the feelings persist but aren't delivered.

I'm anxious to see what the backstory is. Both of the main girl characters have deceased mothers and their principal is the only woman left of their mother's friend group. I'm guessing and extrapolating this: Ginko's mother is said to have killed and ate Kureha's mother. From the few things we've seen, the principal also was in love with one of them and her loves have both perished. The principal also notes how both of them went and married men despite their lesbian feelings. Given how Ginko's mom is a "criminal bear" and Kureha's mom is a "bear hunter", I'm going to extrapolate to say Kureha's mom loved Ginko's mom, and while she loved her back, Ginko's mom betrayed her love and trust, and she killed her. After which, I'm going to guess she raised Ginko a bit more until she went crazy from the fact she was betrayed and then killed her true love. Probably committed suicide.

Yeah this is just a weird three-way love triangle where Marika loves Tamura, Tamura likes Ryou, and Ryou likes Marika. But seriously, Ryou and Marika all the way. Tamura isn't good for her and still treats her like a boy in girl's clothes.

Her feelings for Taki in the anime adaptation are much more hard to understand. She definitely seems to have heavy admiration for him as a musician and he does know her from the past. (Not saying I don't agree that she should just let her heart fill with enough Kumiko to drive Taki out.

And ploy is exactly who we thought she was. But good on Mew for going away and sleeping with donut instead of going back to her room. Honestly I have a feeling that the evil dude ploy was with will show up and it will either take one of two roads: the strong mew will protect ploy from the evil dude and make donut feel like mew belongs with ploy OR evil dude will show up and mistake donut for ploy's girlfriend, hurt her, and cause mew to go apeshit and finally let loose on evil dude and poly.
