I love how the mangaka worked with what the new "Madoka Magicka concept trailer" showed us and made their own story with it. In fact, I wouldn't be against something like this being the plot. Then again, I'm a fan of Devil Homura so I'm really looking forward to the next Madoka Magicka installment.

I played this game to completion on my PS4 over Christmas. I even have the platinum trophy for it - my first ever! XD Anyway, this doesn't really "spoil" much, as far as plot goes, but it's a cute piece nonetheless.

As for NoA's second part, I think it's more of a "many year later" sequel with different characters and is currently in development.

Question: Was this board for yuri/lesbian-MC centric games, or would games that have lesbian side-characters also work?
Because I finished Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth recently and found out there's a character that has a lesbian crush one of the of main side girls, and said main side girl starts aloof but warms up to the player over the course of the game ("kuudere"?). No actual "romance," but a nice surprise to what I thought was going to be a simple Digimon game.

On a side note, I have a few more games to look into now. XD

Before anyone jumps into this game thinking there's blatant subtext, I wanted to say don't play it just for "teh yuriz." When I said "warms up" to the MC, I meant they soften up to you and you become important to them. You can use yuri goggles and it kind of works, but it's one of those "friendship triumphs over all!" games and the dialogue is the same whether you choose a female MC or a male.

And the canon lesbian in the game is a side character who's solely devoted (and has a crush on) to her leader and said leader is more than "he" seems. Side character knows their leader's true identity and still likes them. But nothing is ever built on it.

In fact, I was probably wrong to post this suggestion in the first place. Sorry everyone. x_x That said, it's still a good game. Just, get it only if you're a Digimon fan. ^^;

1. GrimGrimoire (PS2) - Haven't played this one myself, but I believe you can squint and see yuri??
2. Nights of Azure (PS4) - You don't have to squint for the yuri here. Play your dialogue options right and they're pretty much viewed as a couple by all the other side characters. (Also getting a sequel soon!)
3. Touhou Project (PC) - Uh... Good luck knowing where to start...

That's from off the top of my head for "yuri centralized" games.

Definitely seeing the start of some yandere-like trains of thought coming from Yuma. If it does go down that route, I'll probably drop it again; this was me giving the series a second chance.

Don't get me wrong, I love yandere stories. Mirai Nikki's Yuno is wonderfully done and over the top to the point where I love it. But I usually only like it when it's done well and has a place in the story; here it just kind of seems forced and just added is as another ~drama element~. I'd much prefer a remorseful Yuma to a yandere one, but that's just my opinion.

Gah!! If I knew this existed, I would have gone! I'm definitely going to the next one in March! But I need to find out where it is and rules of attending. I can't read Japanese. x-x

Love the ending. Went from typical yuri to "Even if she doesn't love me back, I'm not letting her get played!" This is why Jin is one of my favorite yuri authors!
