So what exactly are you applying for?
There are three positions available that do not require Japanese:
1) Proofreading
2) Editing (cleaning AND typesetting)
3) Quality Checking

We do not really need proofreaders now, so it's essentially picking between being an editor and a quality checker.
We're pretty strict with both positions, but it's nothing that can't be taught.

We did get some new editors, but still in the process of training them (ever so slowly, mind you. The Dynasty way~).
The reader continues being complicated, as we're still going to upload non-yuri oriented groups.
Tagging is still incomplete.
Next poll will potentially influence whether or not we (as in I) ask a certain group to put their stuff on the reader, but it'll be more for satisfying my curiosity than anything else.

And because not a single release by me has gone without a hitch, do notify us of any errors or inconsistencies.

Also not on the IRC bot because I am unable to access it for various reasons.

Payapaya has a forced 24-hour policy.
Someone other than me uploaded it before that time period and I was forced to take it down.
