Yeah, seriously.
OK, I get it, they don't want to "merely" reblog your original post (which is source-linked back to the original post), because a reblog won't be prominent enough, e.g., won't show up in feeds/tag searches since it's not the original post.
So instead, they effectively duplicate the post, i.e., create a new blog post (not source-linked back to the original post, of course) and put that content in manually. OK, fine. They've got their "new" post. But why not put the URL of your original post? Or hell, just frickin' mention your name. What possible reason could they possibly have to not do at least that?! I mean, don't they consider how if people like the image, people may want to know where it came from and perhaps find more similar stuff from that author/artist?
Nope! Screw this "giving proper credit" nonsense. It's all about the views, baby!
Just awful.
This isn't even the first time that its happened. And in both instances it was reposted in crappy quality.
I could understand it if they don't know where the original came from because maybe they saved it off of the blog that reposted my artwork first. But, still... the artist in me dies a little inside whenever I see my work without credit and in such a tiny resolution.
I don't even care that I'm not the one who reposted it. Since I'm not trying to become internet famous. lol. If it's getting views regardless, then I'm happy since I drew it for FF fans to enjoy. It mainly saddens me that they're not getting the best quality of it.
anonymous:
I often see people upload/post/reblog/whatever smaller lower quality versions of images, which is unfortunate.
Funny you mention this because I just went to Tumblr and lo and behold someone had reposted my FF artwork (without credit, I might add) in a much smaller resolution than the original. facepalm

They could still go shopping for something Seol-a needs, but then she'll see something that No-rae will just have to try on because it'll be so good on her. And then Seol-a will get her nose in the cabin too early...
I really like this idea. I could actually see it working and being a legitimate excuse for Seol-a to accidentally see what type of embarrassing underwear No-rae wears. XP
I normally don't come up with my own headcanons but for FF, headcanons make the most fun fan art ideas. lol.
Lara 77:
Seriously, am I the only one NOT happy with FF turning into a hentai all of a sudden with these fan arts? !. Perhaps it is the nature of this manhwa which has been based on feelings of passion and pure love of two girls just happy for now being together that made such big transition in these fan arts a bit of shocking for me.
I'm not unhappy with it but, I do understand where you're coming from. It initially surprised me, since I was among those who seriously couldn't picture Seol-a and No-rae in an explicit manner due to the innocent nature of FF's storyline. Of course now I can imagine it after seeing them in a new light.
But, I think that's the nature of fan art. Some will draw them "in-character", while for others it's a form of wish fulfillment and they'll depict interactions that we probably will never see in the actual manhwa.
Ooh, Seol-a looks cool in that SFW sketch! Though she also seems to be intensely inspecting No-rae's hair. haha.
My headcanon for No-rae is that she wears underwear with childish prints on them. Remember the cartoon pear she had on her wall? Yep, she has a pair of panties with those on it. And she forgets that she has it on when things unexpectedly start turning intimate between her and Seol-a for the first time. When Seol-a catches sight of her underwear she starts giggling because it's cute but, No-rae is so embarrassed that she decides to go shopping with Seol-a next time to buy more attractive lingerie.
ChocolateCakeLover:
Perversion is universal.
I just thought it'd be more evenly spread among the fanbase. But, what can I say? The Korean fans know what they're doing. haha.
And about whether it's porn or not, my stance is the same as anonymous. All of the images feel very intimate. I guess what I personally consider as porn is when the characters are posing for the viewers, rather than focusing on each other. Or when it's drawn at angles that really doesn't leave anything to the imagination.
Hopefully, Seol-a and No-rae (and my eyes) will be spared from certain porn fetishes that I'd prefer to never see them in. x_x
I'm a little surprised that it's the Korean fans drawing all of the NSFW material. XP
@anonymous
After scrolling way down I saw it on the same Twitter account you linked to. That person had retweeted this image from someone else.
I like how all of the images look like a progression of events. First, Seol-a pushed No-rae up against a wall, then sexy love making ensued, followed by No-rae giving just as much pleasure as she earlier received. lol.
NSFW - You have been warned.
Is this also No-rae and Seol-a? Google Translate is leading me to believe it is but, it wouldn't be the first time its steered me wrong.

picks my jaw off of the ground
Wow, someone finally went there to draw NSFW art. And I must say they did a fantastic job at that. lol. I've said it before but, dang, No-rae is one lucky woman...
I loved the demo. The character designs are really well done and I thought the backgrounds were beautifully detailed and helped set the mood of the story. The pacing was also enjoyable, since sometimes I get a little bored while playing visual novels but, that wasn't the case here. I honestly have no complaints, except that I wish I could know the rest of the story. lol.
Wow, if that's actually ssamba's artwork her style was quite different in the past. Not to mention No-rae was a lot taller then. She's shrunk with age or Seol-a had a growth spurt. XP
Anyways, I'm still not convinced yet that this is even yuri or shojoi-ai. I'm more curious whether Samba will suddenly turn this into Het or not, more than how No-rae and Seol-a will end up.
Ssamba has already confirmed that it's yuri in her Q&A. What more proof do you need? I'm sure the creator of FF would know more than anyone else what her story is about.
And I don't understand where this mindset is coming from that if something doesn't feature outright kisses (or more) or a confession that suddenly it's not yuri or that it's a "lesser form" of the genre (aka shoujo-ai, which doesn't really exist). As long as the romantic feelings are there it's yuri, regardless of how explicit or non-explicit it's portrayed.

After having a better look at the new promotional banner, it amuses me how all of the other characters on it either look angst-ridden or intense (minus the weirdo who has slits for eyes), while No-rae and Seol-a are just chilling like:
lildevilinhell:
Here you go:
http://imgur.com/qlKLK0GSeol-a's reaction to that comparison was beautiful lol.
Wow, thank you! That is absolutely glorious. <3 Seol-a's fantasies will never be the same. She will forever dream of polar bear No-rae now. lol.
Evilnemesis:
Wasn't there a omake where we see him going O_O;; when No-rae's mother jokes about making a 4th child?
It was obvious to me he just worked more hours than there is in a day ( lol ) everyday and that's why we don't see him.
https://stats.oecd.org/Index.aspx?DataSetCode=ANHRS
If you thought Japan citizens worked ungodly amount of hours, look at Korea lulz.
That was the only time we sort of saw him. He was sitting down reading a newspaper which covered everything except the top of his head.
I just found it odd that he wasn't there during dinner and no mention of him was made until this chapter. But, the business trip explains it. Also, those work hours... Not sure if I should be scared or impressed by their diligence. XP

Oh, and I forgot to mention... Yay, the mystery of where No-rae's dad is has been solved! :) I hope we get to see him in normal, non-chibi form eventually.
"Hmm..because you seem like a friend who made No-rae more complicated?"
More gay is more like it. But, you were close So-seol. lol.
Ssamba is a pro at delving into a character's mind and putting into words the feelings and motivations that sometimes we ourselves don't fully understand while we're in love and going through all of its ups and downs. I find it enlightening seeing it from an outside perspective. It also causes me to do far too much self-reflection. XP
I never would've thought to compare No-rae to the Coca Cola polar bear but, now I want to see her in a polar bear hoodie or onesie.
While I'd love for Seol-a to put the pieces together herself, giving her ample time to reflect on her own feelings towards No-rae, I just can't see this happening. I think No-rae will have to confide in her first, which is Seol-a's wish anyways and what even So-seol suspects she'll do.

She gave to one and to all, regardless of dynasty, even those in p/u/rgatory, even those who hath tumblrd and fallen.
But not MangaFox and MangaHere 'cause fuck those guys.
Hahaha, oww my sides hurt from laughing too much. XP You write words of perfection, anon.
Random Reader:
Makes a lot of sense now doesn't it. Never bothered me until you mentioned your height and the picture of No-rae craning to see Seol-a just popped into my head ;)
I think chapter 14 sums up their height difference best because this is Seol-a's view:
While this is No-rae's line of sight. lol.
I mean, it'd be way off topic if I talked about the lizard I saw caressing a bald eagle in my backyard the other day or you talking about your weird sleeping habits
Haha, darn, that's exactly what I wanted to discuss next. I think you're a mind reader instead of a random reader. :P
Oh yeah! I totally agree with the PM thing! It would be a helluva lot easier to ask other members more pointed and personal questions and generally clear up some of the clutter from threads. (Something I have recommend on a regular basis!)
Is there a reason why Dynasty doesn't have a PM feature yet?
halmoni:
I thought so too! Most Japanese girls I've met were shorter than me, and I'm only 5'4". Whenever I look at the heights of Japanese celebrities, it surprises me how short they are. Generally, I think Japanese and Southeastern Asians are kinda short. Northern Chinese and Koreans are usually average or tall, because we share similar genes.
While I haven't met a lot of Korean women who are actually from Korea, the ones that I have are typically your height or taller. But, I think wikipedia was correct in its listing of Japanese women. We receive a good share of Japanese tourists here and 5' 2" is very commonly seen. Being height challenged is probably the main downside of being Japanese. ^^; I'm even below average since I'm slightly shorter than 5' 1".
Wow, I'm actually awake before the translation has been posted. That hasn't happened in a very long time. lol. I knew I was going to love this chapter. So many sweet moments. And, yay, I got my wish to see a little No-rae! I thought it'd be through old photos but, a flashback is even better. Also, that hug from Momma Kim... :3 Seol-a has been accepted into the family.
No-rae, you lucky dork. Having someone like Seol-a put her jacket over you and stroke your hair. I'm not jealous at all...
No wonder Kyung-woo sweatdropped in chapter 28 when Seol-a stood up and he noted something along the lines of, 'She's really tall...' I didn't think too deeply on how their height would translate irl but, now that I am... Dang, Seol-a is almost my dad's height. I'd have to strain my neck a lot to maintain eye contact while talking to someone of that height. haha.
Hmm, I always thought Korean women were taller than Japanese women on average but, I guess not. At least not according to wikipedia.
winter:
And about moonfrost13's tumblr post, maybe ssamba is a fan of Sailor Moon. haha
If she were, I'd love her even more for it. :)
HypocriticalLiar:
Also, I do apologize for the off-topic stuff, that was definitely my fault. I tend to get carried away asking things, and people are super nice about explaining. (Sorry D: )
If only there were a PM option because I kind of enjoy the off topic chatting. It has its own charm and makes the wait for Sun./Mon. that much more bearable.
Also, welcome back! Glad you survived the chaos that is life. thumbs up

Wow!! No-rae is 5'3"! My head cannon put them at 5'11" and 5'6" respectively lmao! X-S
Well, asian women aren't typically known for being tall. lol. But, Korean women do generally seem to be a bit taller than most Japanese women I've seen. But, I would imagine Seol-a's height is rather exceptional... maybe? XP
Random Reader:
Makes me wonder, how tall are Soel-a and No-rae?
Ssamba's Q&A said they were 172cm (Seol-a) and 161cm (No-rae). So that's around 5' 7" and 5' 3", I think...?
It's funny how I view No-rae as being so short when next to Seol-a, yet she's actually taller than me. facepalm

Rofl, this needs to be posted here.
moonfrost13:
I love So-seol (No-rae’s bro) but, I wish ssamba would draw (both of) his eyes more often. Because the extreme lens glare keeps reminding me of creepy ass Professor Tomoe from Sailor Moon S. -_-;
http://moonfrost13.tumblr.com/post/118177910129/i-love-so-seol-no-raes-bro-but-i-wish-ssamba
So No-rae's bro likes to run evil scientist experiments in the family basement, plans to eventually sacrifice Dong-hwa to his alien overlord and occasionally plays Twister with the minions. What's so wrong with that?
Oh, man, I didn't expect this to end up here. XP
It's all perfectly clear to me now... Dong-hwa's new bowl haircut is evidence that he's being set up to become the next Hotaru Tomoe!
Whenever So-seol enters a scene, I hear Professor Tomoe's "Mwuahahahaha" maniacal laughter in my head. MAKE. IT. STOP.
I can't tell if you're a troll or a really candid person (or a kid?)
That is probably the stupidest question I ever read.
Just after reading the "Born this way" oneshot, you question your "normality".
I'm just tempted to answer "no" to your question, but sarcasm don't get accross easily here.
No need to be rude about it. =/
Of course, it's perfectly okay. Yuri is for anyone and everyone who enjoys it. :) Some of my online friends are straight girls who like to read/watch yuri manga/anime because they find the storylines generally more pure-hearted and cuter than other genres.
halmoni:
I realized this sounds slightly out of place because Ssamba originally wrote "But he is..." in English, and we left it as it is. I could be wrong, but I believe it means more like "While No-rae's mother wouldn't mind having a 4th child, No-rae's dad on the other hand...". So he would rather not have another kid. We'll decide to change it or leave when we get to editing chapter 19.
That makes a lot more sense. Thanks for the clarification! I'd have difficulty reaching that conclusion on my own just from reading, "But he is..."
So I guess that means No-rae's dad does exist, which brings me back to questioning his whereabouts. Hmm...

Am I the only one wondering where No-rae's dad is, though?
You are not alone.
As far as I know, the only "appearance" by him (if it is even him) in all of FF is chapter 19:
I never understood what "But he is..." meant.
Is it saying something like, is this No-rae's dad or is it someone else?
I assumed it was him due to Momma Kim talking about if they had a fourth child but, his lack of appearance in the latest chapter has me second guessing that. ^^;
"But he is..." confused me, too. It's so vague that without further context it could mean almost anything.
But he is... too old to be making more baby Kim's.
But he is... dead. (And that's really So-seol reading the newspaper. lol.)
You've outdone yourself, winter! I love the panel layout. It really does look like FF. :3 The ending amused me greatly. No-rae's been caught red-handed. haha.
Alextasha:
This sentence made my day xD
Haha, I'm glad I could amuse you. XP
Umm ok... but don't worry about me
I'm used to it that people forget about me
Well, you haven't been forgotten this time since I thought of you as being part of the discussion all along. :P
Lara 77:
Interesting collection many thanks for sharing...would love to try them...I have been mainly focused on using anime OST with manga reading...possibly because I would rather focus on the music rather than the lyrics and maybe because they match...coming from the same origin.
Nothing beats Wolve's rain OST by Yoko Kanno....unfortunately I have been listening to it forever thus one would always end up trying to find new things for a change.
I usually listen to Korean music (either K-Pop or instrumentals from K-drama OST's) while reading FF for the same reasons that you mentioned. But, sometimes I switch it up with english songs that have a romantic or soft sound so it's not distracting. I go by how it makes me feel, rather than the lyrics itself. Wolf's Rain has an amazing OST. I bought it on CD years ago because of the song "Gravity". It left a deep impression on me. I also loved "Tell Me What the Rain Knows", though I don't think they put it on the OST.
Thank you for the translation, halmoni! Also, congrats on getting a face this chapter! lol. Comico is trying to confuse me. Are we back on the original time? I went to bed without even thinking to check if the new chapter had been posted.
The awkwardness in this chapter was so palpable, I couldn't help laughing the whole way. XP It brought back memories of every embarrassing family dinner I've ever shared with a friend.
Seol-a made the peach wine look yummy. I don't even drink alcohol and I wanted some. haha. Momma Kim has found the perfect person to pass down her peach wine recipe to, seeing as how Seol-a is such a fan of it. Am I the only one wondering where No-rae's dad is, though?
But, I have a good feeling about the next chapter. Come on So-seol, say something insightful again.
Oh, and on a side note, sister-in-law sure resembles Seol-a, imo.
I guess brother and sister have the same taste in women. lol.
