Yeah, as of ch03 no male was seen anywhere in that isekai, so magic yuri babies is the most likely explanation, seeing that the tradition is to get the summoned saints (all female, afawk) to marry the princesses. Also quite a lot in the comment section of MDex appear to think that the Queen is banging Miko :))

Yes, but on the cover of JPN raw ch01 the author decided to add their own English version of the title in small scripts, so the translators just kept that. Some similar cases I could recall off the top of my head are Whispering You a Love Song (Sasayaku you ni Koi o Utau), Demon Lord of "Yashiro" (Yashiro no Maou), I Want to Make Black-Knight Fall In Love With Me! (Gakeppuchi Reijou wa Kurokishi-sama wo Horesasetai!),... Usually such small script titles are not the most literal translation, nor are they oftentimes the best translation, unfortunately.

^Taking over only applies to cases of scanlating the new chapters after another group who did the previous chapters quitted, and sniping applies to cases of doing so while that other group has not quitted. RosmontisWorshipper do their own thing and post on MDex from ch01, Hot Salt Frying do their own thing and post on Dynasty from ch01. Neither has the actual authorisation by IP holders, so neither owes each other a permission to translate the series independently, as the work of one does not impede the other's. This is just a case of redundancy. In an ideal world all scanlation groups would communicate, cooperate and devide the works to translate as many series as possible simultaneously and avoid redundancy, but alas, we don't have such world.
