I mean the contrast and internal tension between Utena the Insecure Nerdy Teenager and Magia Baiser, Her Id Let Loose, is kind of one of the major plot threads of the narrative as far as I can see...

Seriously, I don't think it's a romantic pairing. I think it's more like someone who can't give enough love forming a bond with someone who can't get enough love.

I can't believe the story is actually good and has me totally invested, artstyle also has me in love, but WHY DID THEY HAVE TO MAKE EM 14 I FEEL GROSS FOR LIKING THIS.

I just ignore the 14 stuff. It's impossible to imagine girls who are 14 having 20 year-old bodies, so the absurdity just carries everything with it.

Magenta is the only one with a strong inkling that the "world domination" stuff is a distraction, and that Baiser is not out to destroy them. In other words, the two reasons for fighting might not be true. And she's just a major league sweetie.

Azul is going to go mad imagining that Baiser was the one who got rid of Magenta's panties!

Also, if Ven turns Sulphur, it will push Utena/Baiser over some kind of edge, I think. She wants it all, her friends and her thermonuclear id and all three magical girls she said she "simps" for.

I think we're heading toward the darkest passage since Lord's ghouls killed those magical girls.

Is she recovering from being accidentally torched, or depressed because of Kiwi? She was certainly turned to charcoal in the previous chapter.

That whole subplot about the pink girl is so vague (we get very little information every once in a while), that I kinda don't care about her anymore :P The payoff better be good because so far she just takes away the focus from the actual main characters, for some yet undetermined reason.

What's strange is that in her first appearances she came across to me as a yandere-like person, but not since. Maybe it differentiates how Tachibana sees her (for whatever reason) and how the rest of the world perceives her.

I think it's more like the author doesn't really know where they want to go with her yet.

to TL team with latest chapter: please dont be sorry for 'lazy' cleans, i love original shouts/sounds in japanese with a sinmple TL note next to it, feels more authentic :D (to each their own though, so i won't complain :p)

I second that emotion.

Every chapter of textual support for every pairing will probably be blown up on the last page. What I expect is the principals sitting around in the clubroom acting up and making jokes as always.

Or maybe there will be a devastating reckoning of existing relationships in the formation of new ones, causing the girls to fall into cynicism and despair.

I know these two are probably endgame, even though I'm an Ayano fan, but just in terms of presentation...there's something not quite right about this. I can't put my finger on it.
