I do realize the difference as well as the work vs personal ethics. But in wdtfs setting where they fuck each other in the office, I am sure the line is not drawn that black & white. She also asked Sungji directly about ring, which is a personal thing and not related to work.

And despite the "work is work" ethics, even in real world, any boss that care enough about you or your well-being, would have the sensitivity to ask about your situation/condition when you told them you have to attend to emergency situation, instead of asking where you left your ring.

And also, Sumin is not even professional lmao. She took way too many days off from the office even without legitimate reason.

Is it just me who find it unsettling about the way Sumin treats Sungji ? I mean she just scolded the girl directly even when she said she had an emergency matter, and instead of asking/worrying about Sungji for it, she only care about the ring, which got me :| because it reminded me so much like Seju 2.0 pre-cheating situation.

And now as Sungji had known Seju's password, would Team Gaji pull a twisted move where Sungji witness the team leader and Seju there being in a more than platonic relationship...

The glasses girl is also weird tho, for an unimportant character who brings nothing to the story, she sure got a lot of spotlight. Maybe she is the real twist in the story lol...

Honestly Seju was not my favorite at the beginning, but she keeps growing on me exponentially. Seju is the ultimate antagonist because all her stans are all out to go down with her lmao, no matter how bleak it is XD

Sumin's habit is escaping shit while Seju's habit is taking shit. That's why they are shitting in circle for 10 years :)))

And they need Nami who's brash in nature to confront their shit and laid bare the facts before them (1. Seju needs to move on, 2. Sumin still has feelings with Seju). Because the 1st step of moving on is to be honest about the situation and to yourself, which they have been evading with each other for 10 years.

So I think Nami would play a pivotal role to be a catalyst on their dynamic/relationship, because SuminxSeju is so hopeless lmao.

And ofc, our preshius bby Seju needs to be happy.

That's true, she seems too perfect and selfless and unquestioning that to certain extent sometimes it feels unrelatable and does not make sense, or some people say boring. But I always have a soft spot for Sungji so ;;;___;;;
I mean stanning Seju is already masochistic enough for my tiny feels, so if I were to see Sungji got hurt one day it would be too much of a blow lol.

In Sumin's desk drawer, there are more 100 couple rings, and the reason Sungji was shedding tear in the last panel was because she found the design of the ring so ugly. :D

It gives me the vibe that she gives things to Sungji more as repayment for her kindness and how she's putting up with Sumin, instead of actually meaning it a form of love. Sungji seems so happy and selfless tho, can't see her getting hurt later ;(

It's because Gaji makes Sumin so unlikable this past chapters that it hurt both fans lol. I think now the sentiment for Seju & Sungji fans kinda shift to think that both ladies are too good for Sumin, but low key want them to end up with Sumin bcs they're in love with Sumin and want them to be happy lol.

Just realized that we have discussed this much without even seeing the translations lol, funny. low key wondering where our beloved translator goes to haha

I can sympathize with Seju, but her character sort of drives me nuts and any time there's a run of Seju chapters, my soul slowly glides into the abyss.

I come to Dynasty because I accidentally found it on Google, and I never bother to look for another as I like it here bcs most people seem chill and not overly dramatic/rude. It'll be very interesting to me also to see another pov where Seju is a no no.

Not freaking out about Sumin, if anything I am more freaking out about the story development and Team Gaji story telling ability. I think most people already have in mind (no matter which couple you support) that Team Blonde is the end game.

So given that, most would already expect that sooner or later this would happen. But from story-telling perspective, it is very loose and poorly executed. I especially agree with yoonie0104 that the timing does not seem appropriate at all.

If this supposedly represents Sumin's big progress, it feels very jumpy and sudden that it's hard for me as a reader to comprehend. I'd be honest that this chapter is disappointing for me.

Plot twist: it turns out that Sumin asks Sungji's opinion to give the ring to Seju. Lol.

How important does the couple ring represent a relationship in South Korea? I went to SK once, and I did notice that those who're a couple wear many matching items. From an outsider perspective, it seems a like a common thing for them.

Can someone enlighten me please, when is Seju's arc gonna end and is Sungji the next arc after her ? I know people has been saying that Sungji is the last arc, but I am completely don't know when is her arc gonna start, or if there's another arc before her.

I share the same opinion with you, many times I feel Sungji is lacking in emotion and depth. I used to complain a lot back then on how it feels that Gaji does not properly develop Sungji character....

Sometimes to me her relationship to Sumin feels kinda shallow too. There are way too many filler chapters in the series about SungjixSumin dates and their push & pull to sex that contributes little to their relationship development.

As Team Gaji seems to play around with TeamPink's hope, maybe the whole next chapter will be about Seju x Sumin's flashback.

I have a strong feeling that Gaji will continue to play both sides until the very end of the series, considering that many audiences out there are very hellbent about their ship, Sungji or Seju. Because that would be their best way to continue monetize both fans, because I think it's very possible that the hardcore shippers would leave the series once their ship is dead.

I quite agree with both. Somehow it feels like Sungji and Seju are both pretty much the same when it comes to how passive and accepting they are to Sumin's selfish actions. Both never really confronted Sumin on how much her actions have hurted them, unless Sumin reaching out for them or actively seeking them first.

What does this supposed to mean Sumin ? Looks like she's still pondering about her feelings for Sungji, whether she gave her heart already or not.

Man, supporting both Sungji and Seju at the same time is so hard lol. I have prepared my heart to be crushed for Seju, because she's damn tragic. But to prepare for Sungji's possibly getting hurt is </3 at this point might as well ship Nami only, as she's the happy go lucky character type, no drama haha.

On a more serious note, I find Sungji's reactions and words for Sumin to be very refreshing, there is a remarkable sense of maturity and selflessness in her words. I really like it. At least Gaji now shows some development on her side.

I swear Team Gaji is toying with our feelings. Seeing Sungji looks so happy and adorbs is like a punch to the feels. No one would bear seeing this cinnamon rolls getting hurt :/

I was completely team blonde in the beginning, and back then I used to overlook Seju's character. Life was so much easier back then lol, because I always think Team Blonde will be the end game and Sungji is a simple & qt cinnamon roll.

It was only around ch. 10-ish that I started to notice Seju more, and around 20-ish that got me completely hooked. Now I am standing on both boat, though I am leaning more and more into Seju lol. Supporting Seju is like smoking, you realize it's bad for your health (in this case your mental health) but it's just too hard to stop XD
