1: Remilia doesn't really have the kind of enemies that are likely to try to poison her. At worst, someone might slip in something spicy as a prank or something on that level

2: As a vampire, Remilia is almost certainly immune to basically any poison (except garlic, I guess)

3: Sakuya is the one that made the food, on her own the only person who could possibly have poisoned it is Sakuya herself.

I agree, honestly. I know the sister means well, but there's nothing wrong with polyamory (although admittedly it's a bit much when the polycule hits the double-digits mark, for logistical reasons if nothing else).
