What I'm doing right now.. since we have this wine from the last year which has deteriorated a bit, now we are using it to produce a local type of friut brandy though a process of distillation xD but it's way too strong a beverage for my taste, I hate it xD at least it's fun to watch how it's made... yes, I know... ceratin people lead a happy life without alcohol xD
