Dang. Reading this is so frustrating. I so wanna read the next chapters. Too bad it's still abandoned along with these works by Tranquil Spring. Fist I've read the Tie Breaker and A Lollipop or A Bullet, and now this! :'( too bad I'm just someone who waits for releases and does nothing, more like can't do anything.

On another note, I really like Hime's hair. And those eyes. Just having those will make me happy instead. Kiyo being the VP with that kind of mysterious, playful personality makes me wanna know her more. So again, I wish there's MOARRR!

Could we give a tag to Sheska? For being a representative of how people who wear super yuri-goggles feel all the time? What's the most appropriate term? Any suggestions? You know, coz there're those times when you feel like you're the only one wearing it and you need a goggle-booster role model like her. And I know she's not the only manga character like that, there are others so it could actually be an added tag.

Edit: And reading the trope explanation made me totally relate, and I think I'm already having symptoms of Delusional Shipping Disorder

I felt really sad for the child. The child doesn't even know what's happening to her, she was forever changed. Later on in her life, this might be an added trigger to whatever stress she'll encounter, then the worst part is when she realizes she was actually sexually abused. No one may know it, she may never share it directly to anyone, but subconsciously, she'll either be traumatized or be "converted" like that teacher of hers (which makes it a very bad cycle of things). I guess this manga should prompt us to educate ourselves regarding rape myths (for all the earlier discussions on whether this should have a rape tag or not).

This feels like reading a novel itself, maybe more like a great lesbian novel mangafied.

So Karin likes Marin too, right? Is there a continuation for this? What will happen now that Marin realizes she likes Karin, even more after that incident? I guess I only appreciated this now, it's kinda cute and funny how Karin's friends act. I like Nao too, she's indeed like the mother of the group. But I still ship Karin and Marin xD

I know how to judge a story based on it's merits alone, and Citrus does not hold up. . . No conflict or event lasts more than a chapter, and said event or conflict is always brought up at the end of the previous chapter. e.g. Mei's dad shows up at the end of the last chapters and is gone by the end of this one.

If you haven't figured out on your own that Citrus is very poorly written yet, there is nothing anybody can tell you to convince you otherwise. The fact you don't even think there is a definition as to what a 'sublime' story is kind of proves my point.

Eh, you make it sound like it's a definite thing that the story is sub par, to the point that I have to 'figure' it out, and why does anybody have to convince someone else of what they think the manga's story 'quality' is. What you think is not what everybody else might think, some may agree and like me, some may not. And I asked what are the 'criteria' to be considered sublime, because I guess it depends on what you're looking for in a story, knowing its genre and themes. If you're not satisfied yet, I mentioned that it might have something to do with the slow development.

Man, if only Saburouta could write as well as she draws. The story is so sub par, but the art is great.

Mmmm... I beg to disagree regarding the story being sub par. In the first place, what makes a sublime story? Of course we have to consider the genre and themes too so as not to expect something else from the story, whatever it is you want. And let's just hope the slow development means having many more chapters to go, isn't that what we want anyway?

I happened to find the volume 2 of this in our local bookstore for about 2 dollars, that's great luck considering they never "export/officially sell" licensed manga here anyway (except for online orders which is way too expensive).

On another note, I just experienced that overflowing of emotions three days ago, on a fateful bus ride home from a camping. That miracle-like feeling when a bad thing, seating on a jumper seat (middle of the bus), turned out to be a great opportunity to seat beside your crush, coupled with a little bit of acting asleep, then resting your head on her shoulder, with a chance of being skin-to-skin in arms, exchanging a small amount of body heat. Whew! My heart just went crazy throughout the ride! And then when it ended, you came back to being dead. But dang! In short, I really wished that moment lasted forever! Because it's a sad thing when you're seriously in crush but the probability of seeing her again is up to quantum entanglement's fate!

i just watched the anime and i fell in like with laid back characters yamashita-sensei and her deritave saki. now off to manga while waiting for season 2

i was grinning like an idiot all throughout the pages. another favorite, definitely.
