Same with the 2nd chapter. First half is a continuation of the main story by Mikami, with the 2nd half being a standalone oneshot (presumably by Hirosaki again, but there's no credits). 3rd is entirely by Mikami.

Canary and Swallow just loves bizarre pairings. I'm not complaining though. Compared to the usual yukari x reimu and marisa x reimu, this is a nice breath of fresh air. And it's cute and funny to boot! Bonus illustrations are nice to see as well. I'm quite the fan of Canary and Swallow now it seems.

Quite the crack ship, but it's portrayed very well, and I found this adorable. Really cute pairing, love it.

I was worried about this at first, cause the art looked generic and I thought it was gonna be very boring moe moe plotless stuff. But luckily that was just a facade, and it's actually really fun and fucked up. I approve!

I really really love Azuki Osamitsu's work, so adding this to the reader makes me very happy. Love his western comic inspired art, and his tall, fit, leggy Touhou girls. They really kick ass! And the big bunch of references to Capcom games and Marvel comics entertain me so much (page 7 is so awesome, perfect homage).

I like that Softcharm has a sense of humour about the bizarre scenario's he puts his porn in. Very funny ending, much like Suck Way.

Nice fun doujin, very nice art in it too. I'm happy to see Kasen appear in a doujin, she doesn't get as much love as the other characters.

I wouldn't say this is in anyway one of the worst mangas ever. It's weird as fuck sure, but it's got great art, a truly unique premise, it plays with the cliches and conventions of TV shows like Ultraman (I very much enjoy how the monsters look like bad special effects) and the characters are nice and interesting.

Also a big naked girl which is nice.

There is infinitely worse stuff out there, including on this reader.

All I can say is Touhou is probably one of the greatest testaments to the creative power of fandom, creating so much out of almost nothing, not even a framework really. The closest analog I can think of in the west would be Homestuck, which has had large parts of its canon storyline influenced by fan input (as confirmed with some pride by the series' creator).

About the pairing, uh.. I don't really know much about Touhou and i also don't really like it but when it comes to Alice, Marisa or Patchy i'll read it with pleasure :) .. Alice fits with almost whomever, doesn't she? But i really liked Doll Suite and Plastic Heart (Which is just perfect! xD) So i prefer Alice x Patchouli :D

After reading Happiness, Happy End, and I Have No Need For Someone Like You Patchy x Koakuma deserve eachother ... you have to read in the exact order I put them in so you understand the story if you do decide to read it ^_^

Really? Personally I think this is one of the few doujins I've seen that portrays Alice much more like she is in the games; calm, somewhat aloof and not moe moe doki doki for Marisa. I like the more lovestruck blushy Alice as seen in dozens of doujins as well, but this version is a much more accurate depiction of her.
