I am looking for a manga where an American girl comes to Japan and the Japanese girl compares her to other Americans/Westerners and they have sex I think? The white girl turns out to be the bottom or something.

I don't think us readers have to worry about any sort of love triangle drama with Harumin. I mean, haven't you been paying attention to her character all this time? First of all, she hates confrontation, as seen various times in the original manga. She will never acknowledge her feelings for Yuzu, which are kinda obvious and not even that subtle imo (the feelings). Secondly, she is definitely the most mature and level-headed character of this series, emotion-wise, and the last person in this series who will most likely cause any sort of drama. So the point is, If Harumi has any kind of unrequited feelings for Yuzu, like most other people in this world, she'll get over it. I don't think she would be all angsty and sad for 20 chapters. That would be OOC (in my opinion). Besides, Matsuri will be more than happy to help her get over Yuzu.

Then again, this is Citrus, so...

i don't know about "just a fetish" but that immoral bisexual women are a kink for her does seem to be why she draws so many comics about them. i understand wanting something more wholesome but i think you're barking up the wrong tree if you're seriously asking a porn artist to stop drawing porn comics about the thing they find sexiest and most fascinating in all the world. it'd be a lot more productive if you instead found someone else who drew the thing you wanted to see.

I never said she should stop doing what she likes. You missed my point entirely. My problem is not Kodama's fascination with Cheater Bisexuals. It's completely fine to portray a character however she wants(it's her manga after all). It's fine to have certain "kinks". But except some sensible people, most people in this thread are gonna be like "oMg bIsExUaL pEoPlE aRe nAsTy cHeAtErS". That's what bothers me. People read her manga and keep on spreading hate on other threads too. After all, all this biphobia in this site started because of NTR.

That being said, I DON'T HATE Kodama. So please don't categorize me in "haters". As I said, I definitely enjoy some of her art and some of her works. Just not this one.

That's all.

Well I don't hate Kodama like some people here seem to do. I enjoy her art and sex scenes. I don't care about the story as I know it's going to be trash anyway(doesn't mean she's a bad mangaka).

All I ask is why does she have to, as somebody above pointed out, encourage disgusting stereotypes about bi women? Can't she portray them as kind, loving people just ONCE? And please don't call it "just a fetish" or whatever. It might be a fetish to her, but all it does is to promote hate towards bisexual people. And people here are biphobic as hell as it is.

I still don't get the plot.

Why would she go to somebody's house to smoke when that person doesn't even smoke?

What does 'dude' have to do anything with the plot? Is he her ex-bf or something?

What was all the internal monologue about?

Like it or not, we all have to agree that Kodama Naoko's mangas are toxic af. She ALWAYS has to portray bisexual characters as cheaters for some reason. I feel like half of the hate towards bi people in this website is due to her.

Lady, they meet in the restroom and she asks "Did you think I was a man?"

Oh, thanks!

''Yurifag'' so being homophobe is now considered as 'funny'? One of the worst things I have read in this site in a long time. I wish there was a dislike button for mangas.

It's definitely Yuri.

I mean absolutely no offense to anybody, I am confused if this is a butch lady or a man.

This isn't exactly relevant to this forum but I didn't know where else to ask so here it goes.

Can anybody who can read Japanese tell me if this is Het or Yuri? This seems to be from a Yuri account and many yuri authors seem to have retweeted this (that's how I came to know about this) but I'm doubtful...

Why is that in many Yuri mangas this "We're both girls so it doesn't count" line is used? What century do these girls live in lmao

The number of yuri characters in series that I've read who say "We're both girls so it doesn't count" who seem to actually believe that is vanishingly small, at least for manga written this century. It obviously provides cover/plausible deniability for two girls kissing for the first time--"I didn't mean anything weird--it's just practice!"

I live in a country where there is ZERO gay content available in the media. People aren't aware about homosexuality that much, or what might be the impact of two people of same-sex kissing. Still nobody, and I mean NOBODY will "practice kissing-with-a-person-of-same-gender-because-that's-totally-not-weird". Comparatively, Japan has way more LGBTQA+ stuff available to the general masses. One would expect two teenagers, who should have a least bit of idea about western culture, will not say stuff like that. Sorry, I don't mean any offense, just find it hilarious how much this cliché line is used.

...That's why sex ed classes should have lab sections with make-out practice.--"hands-on learning," as it were. lol

Oh, how I wish.

Abusive people are so cool! Why can't I get an abusive person as my girlfriend? I am sure I can cure her with my love, because that's totally what happens irl.
