I've read other doujin set in restroom stalls and for some reason, it always bothers me how large they appear as the perspective changes. Still, this one made me laugh pretty hard so I will forgive the distraction from my suspension of disbelief.

So, we've had the story of where the two knew they might drift apart and were upset about it. Now we get the story of them coming back together after far too much time apart. I know there are already several adult NicoMaki stories revolving around them already having been together for a while, but I would very much like to see Haruzo's take on the situation. The artwork is adorable and I enjoy the character interpretations. Please let there be more to come!

We know Nico wants to the be the center of more songs. After this, she could justifiably take center of UNBALANCED LOVE... ironically usurping Hanayo in the process...

Addendum: Interesting timing; JP SIF is paring Hanayo and Nico with UR releases this month.

I wish I could say I didn't see something like that coming, but with the overall tone of the set, I suppose it fits... and now I'll go cry in a corner for the dishonest and oblivious pair.

I find myself surprised at the lack of participation on Nozomi's part... though she may have gone for a more hands-on approach as opposed to Nico's verbal direction. I wonder how quickly the bow would have been produced in such a situation.
Nonetheless, a protective Umi is an adorable Umi.

Having borne witness to and/or participated in similar bizzare compititions I absolutely can imagine this taking place among my friends and relatives.

I do not believe I could ever read too much of Murata's work; it is incredibly adorable. Thank you GiB for another fantastic translation.

Hanayo asking if Nico was a boy almost had me in tears laughing.

Of course Honoka and Umi cannot produce flowers like Eli and Nozomi. At least not if the anime's romance movie scene is any indication; Honoka fell asleep and Umi broke down in fear and embarassment. Gotta shuffle up those colorful yuri vibes, you two, if you want to compete with Eli and Nozomi's maze of lilies.

Addendum: I would love to hear a Honoka and Umi duet.

I cannot say I agree with a statement implying that any particular ship has been sunk. The creators of canon content appear to have taken deliberate steps to avoid canonizing any pairing, no matter how popular. Are there parings to which are pandered more often than others? Probably. They also appear to have their fingers on the pulse of their fan base and gear their ship pandering towards what they interpret as being currently popular. But depending on the strength of one's shipping goggles, a fan of girl x can certainly gather sufficient evidence to pair them with girl y. That is actually one of my favorite things about the Love Live franchise as a whole; any pair is possible.

I always love the situations where one half of the couple blames their actions - often lustfulness unbecoming of their typical behavior - on the cuteness of the other half.

She doesn't seem to be a member here, just welcome to come now and then if she wants due to being good at it.

Would she participate in the tournament were she not a proper member?

This doujin and its discussion thus far reminds me of a quote from a webcomic years ago: "Everyone hurts someone they care about. It's just part of being human. ... One day you'll do something that'll hurt me, but you know what? I'll hurt you as well. No one means to do it. It just happens. Sometimes the measure of friendship isn't your ability to not harm but your capacity to forgive the things done to you and to ask forgiveness for your own mistakes." That said, if the measure of the relationships presented is the capacity to forgive, then I believe all three couples will be fine. Were there some things said in ways that were imperfect? Perhaps. Were feelings manipulated? Maybe. In the end, it seems the hard feelings have subsided and all is well, and I believe that counts most of all.

Expert is here and Technical will be added soon; the English version is a year behind. That said, it has had the same events, stories and card releases, sans some of the special cards included via codes with other LL merchandise.

Definitely, Maybe. Thus, the aforementioned Ship Tease; it is not, to my knowledge, outright stated in canon. Others prefer different pairings, based on other hints and teasings by the creators of the characters. Many on all sides are quite adamant, and vocal, about said preferences. Thus, we get the Ship-to-Ship Combat.

Addendum: I believe I should make note that regardless of my personal pairing preferences, I care far less about said pairings than about more Love Live content being created. I am loathe to dismiss an artist's choice of pairing because I want new stories to read or pictures at which to look.

It's not really worth it, most of the information there is prejudiced or flat-out wrong.

Your Mileage May Vary on the usefulness of such a site. I fancy myself a writer and find tropes to be indispensable tools, thus a wiki dedicated to them is incredibly useful as well as entertaining. However, this is my opinion and as such is worth no more than what you paid for it. I link to it merely in hopes that someone else out there finds it useful as well, or at least gets a smile out of it.

She explains it; she was confident when in the presence of another, but scared when left alone. The fact that her panic resulted in physical harm to her certainly appears to exasperate the situation.
