Well, I liked the ending (i know i'm not the only one) and I'll miss this piece of teasing garbage. I'll miss it so much. </3

I liked the ending actually. Maybe it's because I am wholeheartedly expecting a sequel and the ending is fine as long as it's just for this part of their lives. In a long term story this is the perfect setup for a time skip.

If there is no sequel hopefully I will have let it slip my mind before finding out.

Since Shou is Japanese I'm not entirely sure if this will apply, but generally in America we expect things to be different in sequels, new things to happen and all that.

If Shou was American and a little bit more reasonable I'd predict a high chance that yuri could show up in the sequel, simply because it needs to take a new direction. But this is Shou, soo....maybe not. Probably not.

From her pained expressions it seems that she might be catching on that this might not be the best way to go about things.

And... nope. This series ended as meh after volume 1. For me, of course. Still nothing interesting here and the writing is awful.

I'd say the writing is different. Not awful, just in a style that some people may not enjoy regardless of quality.

Rereading the chapters made me think again that when the girls' eyes met (referring to the hospital scene), and No-rae leaned toward Seol-a to hug her, Seol-a realized she anticipated a kiss.

Ohhhh, good analysis! I had wondered what was up with that scene. Obviously Seol-a realizes she's gay, but I didn't quite get why it had to be that moment.

Oh I don't care what language it's in, I can't read any Kanji so anything's good. :)

Yu-Ji's death together with No-rae's accident and even Seol-a's past accident is probably going to be a driving force behind Seol-a telling No-rae.

My theory is that if Seol-a is indeed the one who confesses first, she'd do it because she realizes life is fragile and hates not only what happened to Yu-Ji, but also that she never got to tell her (although it'd probably have been a rejection, but there's always that bizarre uncertainty).

If it does not give way to a confession, Seol-a might become crazy protective of No-rae, or both.

I must admit, the storytelling is wonky at times, but I like Mizuki/Moe and Shiramine/Kurosawa enough that I will still eagerly follow it.

What's with all these jokes lately?!

Mostly plain colors. Background characters don't get to have any distinctive features (not even eye color), excluding that one person with glasses. Also, they're pretty annoying and only there for comic relief and exposition, but that's another story.

Yeah, no. I wouldn't say that the art style is bad, from what I've seen it's pretty average for SoL manhwas. Rather, it's... boring. There's nothing that could help you distinguish this average slice of life from another average slice of life, aside from tattoos on one of the characters. Which were pretty much the only thing that caught my eye.

The post was by someone whose username matches the singer's name for the song of "What does the fox say?" so it's kind of hard to take them seriously (+ first and only post). That's what I meant. Obviously everyone can have opinions about it, but if that truly was meant to be taken seriously they made it look a bit too much like a joke.

I don't get the mentality of waiting that long. Sure, I read reviews, but if I'm following a series and the last book comes out, I want to go get it at release and read it, regardless of waiting for reviews. Looking at the Spanish chapters so far is like, "wow, I want to get on this ride, it looks awesome and has a pretty good chance of going somewhere good."

And for that matter, Stretch better be free because it's too slow to grip many into buying the next chapter on release. It's nice, but the free model suits it much better.

I'm excited to be ABLE to pay to read something good. There just isn't enough good stuff out there right now for lesbian fiction. Heck, I'd pay money to read the rest of Ultramarine School Days in a heartbeat, and that's not even Yuri!

Originally I wanted to pick back up learning Japanese but now that I'm seeing all this nice Korean lesbian stuff and the alphabet is so much nicer I'm starting to sway.

On a different thread someone linked the Spanish translation up to chapter 9 and a summary up to at least Chapter 13. I DEFINITELY want to get it now. It's kind of nice that sexy stuff is shown early, sets the tone to let you know what to expect in the future, but at the same time, it's not necessarily with the characters you're hoping for so it leaves you wanting still.

Not sure if I was allowed to mention the other thread or the Spanish translations, sorry if I wasn't. I feel like this isn't really spoilers because we definitely already saw a tiny bit of sexy stuff in Chapter 1.

I have an android phone, so I don't know if it's available for Apple products. You could check though, just by typing "Lezhin" in the search bar. You have to use the Lezhin app to add coins to your account, because the website version currently does not have any way for foreigners to pay. You can only use the mobile app because Google Play automatically links your card to your account, so that you can pay. However, you need to go to the actual PC version of the website to unlock the chapters, because 19 + mature manhwa are not included on the app.

It's almost certainly not available for the 3GS (incompatible ios or something like that, I couldn't even get instagram). :[ A shame, because I'm eager to purchase it. I'll probably get a new phone sometime in the next year, so I'll keep this in mind.

EDIT: It appears to be on apple, my phone internet is acting up though. I'll try it later to see if it's 3GS compatible.

But it was Jang Yu-Ji in the final flashback and it's totally looking like she had some form of feelings for Yu-Ji even if Yu-Ji was straight. This is probably important because Seol-a is most likely going to assume No-rae, though not betraying her anytime soon, is straight.

As for the girl that stopped her, well, she certainly doesn't look like Jang Yu-Ji.
