Maybe that's just how messed up their world is. I'm not going to claim Cross Ange's first episode was great in any ways, but I'll still be following the show for a little bit more.

I don't think you should be ruling this season out yet. Almost half of the 40 shows this season hasn't even aired yet. I'm already anticipating my enjoyment for season 2 of Psycho Pass and Hitsugi no Chaika. Not to mention I really like most of what I've seen. There's also Parasite, Mushishi (for some reason I'm never in the right mood for this show). Inou-Battle also looks really fun.

Fate/Stay Night's first episode was amazing to say the least. Based Ufotable is doing it again.

Sora no Method has a pretty cute and fluffy start. Combined with a mystery to solve, hints of a less happy side of the story, and add yuri undertones. Pretty sure I'll like this show.

Log Horizon's new character design is still quite jarring. Hopefully I'll get used to it soon. Shiroe is still plotting and planning. Looks like this season will have a little more focus on Akatsuki and that's always nice. There's even air megane pusing now.

I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying is a short comedy centered around an Otaku husband's life. Unfortunately their jokes aren't clicking with me, but I like the small cameos they shove into the show.

Kokkuri-san is quite cute so far, but I'd enjoy it better if it doesn't stay this way. We'll see.

Ended up stopping after the firsrt five minutes of World Trigger for no concrete reason. Maybe I didn't like how it started, especially with the CGI monster. The opening was also quite boring. Will pick it back up later to see though.

Selector Spread WIXOSS will probably be full of melodrama and yuri undertones and I'm going to enjoy it anyways.

Will probably do another longass post after I've caught the rest of the shows I'm planning to watch.

Chapter 23 is in volume 3 (ends at 26). Volume 4 came out a while back (ends at 34) and its still ongoing.

Her best friend already knew about it though. If it was a conversation with her best friend at this point in time, I'd just account it to more acting.

^ What we know for sure is that the beginning of their relationship is where this one shot ends. One can speculate and say that it'll end badly with everyone getting hurt. However, it is equally likely that they can grow to love one another. You can keep your bad end, but there's nothing wrong with going for the good end.

^ They do have a basis IIRC (will have to reread later to refresh my memory) since they care enough to feel hurt when they realize that their friend is hurting.

^ Love is something to be nurtured and work towards. You don't just start out loving one another right away. The initial 'love' that people think of is usually lust and attraction, not truly love. If people in a relationship are willing to work and compromise, they can eventually grow to love one another. Some people are willing to have open relationships. I believe that to be very much similar to this story.

Pretty sure there's no story to it, just really good looking covers.

I had the same though. It was clever and fitting considering this site's reaction to chapter 2.

If you look at the site where the original is located (it is a web comic, after all) you'll see that chapter 9 is the latest release. Not sure what happened, but it's not a problem on the scanlators end.

The translator for the project is missing right now. There's actually 12+ chapters out.

This makes me hopeful for the coming KanColle anime. Got my yuri goggles running full power.

Think about Ran for a second - at the end she says "Were you that scared?" in a way that seems (to me) to suggest amusement, like "it's just an earthquake!" But what's her reaction like later on in life, when she hears the earthquake siren in chapter 6? If one were to assume the "Touhoku" line means something, I don't think it would be a stretch to imagine that Touhoku is their home region. Which would mean that while Keiko is wishing great harm on her single parent, Ran is about to lose one of her two. The more I typed, the more this theory started to sound a bit too played, so I'll stop here.

I think you might be correct, actually. In that same chapter, we see her shed a tear looking at a picture of what's presumed to be her and her parents. We can even see the woman's and Ran's face but the not the man's.
