what happen after the story "Their Story: 22/12/2017 update" when Mo Xiaonan stop Sun Jin to meet Qui Tong, and Mo Xiaonan cry in front of her..

All we know is that sometime after that, Sun Jing showed up to meet QT and was sad about something. Later we saw Mo shoot a grumpy look at SJ in class. Not much we can really say for sure beyond that. The author decided to move on from it, apparently.
In my opinion, this was the perfect move. I don't like when random romance drama arcs appear just for the sake of it in order to make the story longer. (i'm looking at you Citrus).
In manga, your typical post-apocalyptic world is modelled after the world of YKK: life is easy, water and food are plentiful, the cities had been overgrown with verdure and flowers, the minuscule number of survivors can scavenge anything they need from the abandoned shops, and the only wild beasts around aren't deathclaws and nightstalkers but cute fluffy cats. Everyone is nice to everyone and you can just laze around all day long enjoying yourself.
Ironic, considering Japan is the only country that was ever nuked ...
And also: thumbs up to Akiba Detectives, the scanlators! I love when a Japanese manga with a college setting (read: sex, booze, clubs & parties) is translated this way, making the characters sound just like their Western counterparts would in a similar ambience. It's so funny! It had been a long time since I've last read one of those, hehe.
I completely agree with you. It fits perfectly and adds a lot a value to the manga.
