I might be confused as to what you're asking, but you already can create and delete lists as much as you want as far as I know. Here are examples from my lists section. Click on create lists to, well, create lists, and delete to delete, lol

In regards to subscriptions, it sends a email to you informing you of updates to whatever you subscribe to. Adding a section to the front page for them would likely be a pretty bad idea, as theres not enough suitable space left on the main page for it to fit in.

I thought that too for a while, but I also bought the anthology, so after After Story 3, there's still 5 chapters in the "KonaKaga After Story" collection. (These are also being scanlated atm)

I think that the "Recently Added" isn't working properly (this is in there, and this was added 2 years ago)

Recently added refers to stuff just added to the reader, while the date on the manga is when it was released by the scanlator. So while this doujin was translated 2 years ago, it was only uploaded today.

That's the reason for the Recently Added section, so you can see stuff that was uploaded that wouldn't otherwise be on the front page.
