Touko could've just been more casual girlfriends with all of them and broken up amiably. I get the feeling that she's just naturally flirty and maybe has a hard time refusing people so they all got together with the exes chasing after her, but she never developed any deeper feelings for them? It seems like Touko is very gentle and kind and reliable except when it comes to basic household stuff. They probably broke up after moving in and realizing that, but not actually being too mad at her because she's really good otherwise.

Also god, Touko and her exes are all so hot, I genuinely have a hard time having any shipper feelings towards Touko and Akari.

^ Hey wait a second... those are some really great QoL features they're adding. Kinda wish it was 160 primogems instead of acquaint fates, but that's fine too. Also 20-70 is good cause 70 is where I stop ascending most of my characters LOL.

Glad they're listening to people's complaints, but I was hoping they'd remove the hard limit from how much condensed resin you can store and the improvement on some of the gadgets. Making Geo better is also something that's really needed cause at its current state, every other element just far outclasses it in terms of team synergy with other elements. I understand the second might take longer to implement but it's severely needed with how many people are dissatisfied with Zhongli as a Geo 5 star Archon.

EDIT: Speaking of, the Zhongli issue has gotten to a point CN players are calling Mihoyo unpatriotic for making him a weak 5 star. Since Liyue is a representation of China, and Zhongli is the Archon, they think it's a spit in the face to make him the current worst 5 star they've released. Admittedly, he's pretty bad when a lot of his kit is locked behind constellations.

Apparently the Rhine Lab event is possibly going to be a prison break of Mountain and it might be a flashback event since Saria is there. I believe the event takes place in Columbia and that's where Saria used to be so it'll be interesting to see her backstory from before she was in Rhine Lab, or maybe she's undercover??? I have no clue but I'm still interested regardless.

I have more than one ideal team actually. Ningguang, Zhongli, Mona, and Bennett for one team (only person I'm missing now is Zhongli). The other would be Xiao, Venti, Beidou, and Barbara (missing Xiao obviously). I actually have 4 team comps that are tentatively built since I'm surprisingly really lucky. I'm only missing Xingqiu from 4 stars, and I have Jean, Venti, Childe, and Mona as my 5 stars.

With my Geo team, it's basically a Ningguang main dps + everyone else support as both literal supports and also burst dps. Basically I'd mainly use Ningguang and swap to the others to spam their burst. Zhongli can spam by himself while I'd use Mona and Bennett as combos for the vaporize effect.

The Anemo team is fully focused on Xiao being the main dps and no one else can steal any thunder from him. Barbara is there to heal (I have her at C6 so now I get the revive too), Beidou is there as the sub dps and support with her burst, and Venti is Venti. Beidou isn't the optimal person here but like... she's one of my fave characters so I'm gonna use her anyways. If I had Qiqi I'd rather use her in place of Barbara but I'm probably not gonna get Qiqi so it's better to stick to what I have.

Having to farm Oceanid for Mona's ascension mats is killing me T_T

Lowkey wish I didn't spend any of those on Childe cause I'm benching him for Ningguang main dps rn...The worst part is that this is the first time I've fought Oceanid since reaching WL6 so this fight is lasting even longer than it used to. The upside is that Ningguang is helping me a LOT with those flying boys and her hydro shields off of the crystalize reaction is helping my whole team stay alive a lot better than before.

Well... I got Mona. I'm not actually mad about this at all but also at the same time... I'd rather have gotten Zhongli...

The trailer for Zhongli looks so cool, I'm definitely gonna have to pull for him. Even thinking about whether or not I'm gonna whale if I don't get him from my free rolls. I might just whale cause it'll give me extra primos leftover for Xiao who's coming in 2 months...

That really depends on the fandom in question though. Ones with a predominately female cast like Love Live have much more F/F fics. I think Female Byleth and Edelgard is more popular than Male Byleth and Edelgard from Fire Emblem Three Houses too.

Well, it's more like if there's hot male characters, there's gonna be more m/m fanfics. M/f ships don't really count cause there's a woman. When there's hot male characters who have a decent enough story that may or may not connect with another male character, that will always overshadow every other ship in a fandom. F!Byleth x Edelgard is more popular because F!Byleth looks better and she looks better when paired with Edelgard. Also there's the additional appeal of it being f/f so it's more likely to have enthusiastic shippers who would write fanfic for it.

^ I accept that headcanon wholeheartedly. Grani x Carol has been my #1 Grani ship since reading her event story. That same event story is also why I'm firmly a Specter x Skadi shipper too.

I'm obsessed with lore/theory posts. I just read this post about how Ningguang might be Guizhong's reincarnation and it sounds really compelling. I read this reply under the post and I agree with the reply more. I think if any of this is an additional reasoning behind the Liyue storyline, then goddamn the devs did a great job with their story telling.

I'm hoping we get more info on Ningguang and Zhongli in their character tales because all of these theories floating around just sound so interesting. I'm personally hoping Ningguang isn't Guizhong's reincarnation and is instead a representation of what Guizhong wants for humanity cause that just fits so much more with the Liyue ending thematically.

I'm depressed now.

Leizi is an aoe caster so not that good honestly. Her skill is really interesting, but there's never really a need for aoe casters, especially when Eyja and Ifrit are just so much better than every other caster. Well AoE casters can be useful, especially when you have neither Eyja or Ifrit. The thing is Leizi isn't actually AoE caster. She's single caster that bounces her attacks thrice. Initially I liked her gimmick and thought it could be fun to use, but it really is very unreliable since enemies must be at most 1 tile apart and it doesn't bounce back to enemies it already hit. But honestly her biggest drawback is that despite being technically single target caster, her cost is almost as high as true AoE casters, so honestly you're better of just using actual AoE caster like Lava that would do her job much better and she's just 3 star you can max with ease.

The thing is, I'm calling her an aoe caster because that's essentially her role. She's technically single target but her actual skill makes her role closer to an aoe caster. It's similar to how Eyja is technically single target but her skills make her into an aoe caster too.

Also honestly getting Eyja and Ifrit isn't that difficult the longer you play. I have almost all of the 6 stars in the game and I don't use OP to summon and only use the orundum that I get from the annihilation stages + from the monthly card.

And yeah, the reason Leizi just isn't that good is cause Lava can do the job just fine. The only reason higher rarity units are better than the simplest 3 stars is cause their skills and/or talents are better or have some kind of niche usage. That's why Mostima can still be useful despite having crappy dps and just not being as good as other 6 star casters because her skill 2 and 3 are both CC skills.
