• no het or harem (i don't mind men as long as there's no douchey male character where the anime gets unbearable to watch)
• something similar to Love Live! or K-On! would be nice, where the plot has mostly girls in it (with some hidden yuri subtext and shippable girls)
• no supernaturalistic things or violence (toudou, strike witches, etc.)
• comedy, slice of life genre, anything fun to watch

tl;dr: just anything that's enjoyable to watch that's similar to Love Live! would work

From Rye's list, I'd say Locodol is your best bet. There's plenty of cute girls doing cute things shows out there. Not sure what you've already seen, so I'll just list some that have already finished airing:

• Yuyushiki
• Yuru Yuri
• Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka?
• Kiniro Mosaic
• Non Non Biyori (one of the most relaxing show I've ever watched)
• Tari Tari (half of the cast here is male, but romance is almost nonexistant)
