What kind of world do these kids live in where two high school girls and a man walking together are assumed to be part of the sex trade? I've heard that teenage prostitution is common in Japan, but don't girls have fathers and other male relatives? Being accused of prostitution by random gossip seems to be a common plot device, so maybe it's just one of those things authors throw in for the sake of drama, or maybe high school gossip really is that awful.

I thought that was a little odd too, especially since they mentioned another girl. Unless it's common practice to have two prostitutes at the same time..? The first thing that came to mind was that it's probably her sister and father that they saw her with.

She was a friend I recently met in class, and we played Maplestory with each other for a while. It resulted in her MSNing me up and saying "emIthinkIlikeyouwouldyougooutwithme". I ended up saying no because I know she's just bicurious and not serious + not compatible.

The half was just a guy who said "Would you be more girly if I asked you out?", to which I said no, and he said nevermind.

I've asked several people out, though.
Only one said yes. We dated for about 9 months.
Most of the others were straight. Instant rejection, asked nevertheless. xD
