Got one myself in TT2 while transitioning between areas, had to shoot myself up in the magnet balls to a new area but said area started with a small vertical tunnel, didn't have enough speed while going up to reach the floor above so i was stuck in the pit, was Sonic only so i couldn't fly myself out of this mess
Other than that i've been had a pretty bug-free experience, probably been almost 20 playthroughs at this point
