maybe it didn't get that much attention for the lack of "yuri" tag, personally I did not know this piece of art existed until today, I'm so glad I found it is such a cute heartwarming story

It's not, it's the release date on Mangadex.

Don't make me repeat myself, the date put for the upload is the date of the upload on Mangadex not on Dynasty. All chapters have been uploaded the same day on Dynasty.
